The dead come to life at Borracha. With decorative and festival skulls watching over guests, Borracha, located in Green Valley Ranch, is as dangerous as you want it to be. With a nod toward the famed Day of the Dead, the Borracha offers Mexican-inspired dishes and features a drink menu with an abundance of cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails to take the edge off. The menu is as seductive as the surroundings, featuring sharable plates, inventive burritos and entrees that would make any skeleton want come back to life. Food was amazing! Definitely will come back. Ambiance is nice and the workers are sweet. Only part that sucked is we had to wait 40mins for our entrees to come out. There was people that arrived after us that somehow got there food first so it was odd we had to wait that long.

We are locals and have been coming to Borracha since they originally opened. We have always had some fantastic servers and experiences, but this visit not so much. Our out of town family joined us this visit for dinner. I was very embarrassed and disappointed with the service by waiter, Ryan. He didn’t seem to be too busy, but yet, not around for drink refills, chips and when we asked for something he never came back or forgot. The service was quite poor. We did see our busser a lot more. (Didn’t catch his name) The food was great and consistent , as always. Over the years we have seen some of the best wait staff disappear and that may be a contributing factor of the service we received this time.

Ambience was on point. Food was very good. The only issue was that we didn’t get asked for drinks until I asked for the waitress to come back to help us. I’m assuming the young lady was new to waitressing. Other than that, the experience was good.

This was amazing! We did the Tuesday Taco and Tequila deal. Can’t beat the prices and the waitress was ON it the entire time! Great times!! The food awesome and the drinks were amazing!
