The food wasn't as great as I hoped so it was good that we could choose from about 12 different dishes. The drinks were very strong and the service was quick and attentive!
We had a small tasting assortment. Very good food and attentive service.
We are always happy to come here.
Food is served really fast and great place for friends and team gathering. They change the menu pretty frequently, which makes it always surprising.
We had a good time!
Food was good overall, the ambience was a bit loud so hard to hear each other talk at times, and waiters weren’t too attentive and didn’t seem upbeat/happy.
Grabbed lunch here with a friend. I’ve been before for lunch and happy hour. This time, the octopus came out after all the other food, which was fine, but it was over cooked. In the past, it’s always been delicious though. I’d recommend ordering less food than you think you’ll eat. Although it’s tapas, the plates are pretty big. For two people, you could easily order 3 dishes to share between you.
Great table service. Arrived later in the evening; but were welcomed! Tapas were delicious!
The food is really nice: fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Moreover, the food tasted really authentically Spanish. Also, there are plenty of delicious choices on the menu. Bruno was our server and he was an absolute star. He was very attentive, very accommodating and very friendly. The ambience of the place made us feel as if back in New York City. We love the vibe of this restaurant. We will certainly be back soon.
It was good but there are other places I would recommend more.
Awesome brunch, I loved everything I tried. The drinks were delicious and the ambiance was excellent
The bottomless brunch was fantastic. Only downsides: It’s a little loud, and the line to the unisex bathrooms was quite long the entire time we were there.
Our server presented me with a birthday card signed by the staff. Nice touch!
I've been to both locations and the food is fantastic at both! The pitchers of Sangria are a must for any group and the shared plates make for such a nice and communal experience. I will definitely be back!
No thoughts this was the best restaurant experience for me so far
5 Stars great food and lots of drinks. Best spot for brunch
Bad service. When I order a 44 dollar pitcher of sangria I would expect to be at least checked on. That did not happen. A 30 dollar chicken dish came 30 minutes after the rest of the food. Not sure how you justify a 20 dollar plus queso appetizer. At the end I had to ask to get more beers for me and my partner. Before leaving I needed to use the restroom and when I went upstairs no one acknowledged me so i walked in to find it. Only to find a bathroom filthy with a dirty tampon in the corner because the trash had not been taken out in God knows how long. Not good when I drop 150.00 dollars at this place.
Sat on the patio and had tapas and beer. Service was great and my date wants to go back to try more items we didn’t have. The pulpo was perfectly cooked.
I was charged $24!for two non-alcoholic drinks consisting of diluted lemonades. I find it outrageous
We tried several tapas and loved them all. Favorites were potatoes bravas, calamari, and croquettes. Our waitress was very attentive and the restaurant was energetic.
Andre was amazing!
Great food and service. Love the bottomless brunch
The food was good but I've had better. in this same restaurant. We were 4 guests and had the tasting menu, sharing amongst all ourselves. Several of the Tapas were excellent but others were just good. For the price we paid I would have expected everything to be excellent.
Meh. Was looking forward to happy hour but didn't realize that isn't available at tables. Non-happy hour prices are excessive. Food was meh. Wouldn't recommend to friends.
Need to make it clear that reservations are not for happy hour. For a place that's known for having an amazing happy hour, instead I walked away with a very large bill.
It was a very hot day in DC, so the AC was struggling to work. It was a little warm, but overall the ambiance was nice.
The food is wonderful and the wine list was excellent. It’s our go to Tapas place in DC.
Delicious food and beverages as always. The bus boy (Roman) handling our table far outshined our waiter, who appeared uninterested in serving us. Roman was polite and attentive to our needs for plates, silverware, and water refills. We chatted with him and he was very personable, unlike our waiter.
With few good tapas places in dc, this one is worth a try. A bit pricey for what you get, but offers some unique options. Service could have been better...it was a hot day and the a/c wasn’t working well, but at the very least they could have made sure the water was ice cold and the wine wasn’t warm.
My absolute favorite item was the lamb skewers followed by the patatas bravas! The timing of the food was well planned and the service was prompt. Will definitely come back here!
The service was great, and for the price, an all you can eat and bottomless brunch is a great deal, however, you can tell the quality of the food is not as good as that of similar, more expensive, Spanish restaurants in the area
Food is terrific. Kevin is a great manager. Service is very good.
Very good food and great service. Very crowded, very loud. Tables too close
I was very disappointed with the food overall. The eggplant was so small and not worth the money. The tomato bread was horrible! There were no tomatoes on top and it has no flavor. The only thing I did like was the creme brulee dessert they brought out to celebrate my mom's and friend's birthday. No plans to return.
We had a reservation for dinner with friends before the theater at Kennedy Center, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. The service was good, and every dish we ordered was delicious. Especially enjoyed the Boquerones, Mussels, Eggplant, and the lamb skewers. This was a good place to go before the theater as it was simple to order several dishes and not eat too heavily.
A little bit pricey, but food is good and atmosphere is nice.
Our server was very attentive, and kept our mimosa glasses full at all times. We were waiting for the other half of our group, and he made sure to bring out a few appetizer plates before they arrived to keep us satisfied. I thought the food was delicious. I especially loved the lamb meatballs , steak and eggs, and the roasted cauliflower. All was delicious, but those three stood out to me. I would definitely come back!
Food was better than service. The potato brava was dry and almost burned. Ok experience. Past experience was much better. Prices are too high. Jalleo is a better option.
The location is great and easy to set as a meeting place with friends or co-workers. However the food is not really anything special. We had a couple of the small plates and the flavors were mediocre. Maybe better for a HH than dinner.
I've been here a few times and the staff and food never disappoint.
It was as a great experience. Just Avery loud.
Best brunch my friend and I ever had in DC! Will come back!
