Booth One is a classic Chicago restaurant being reintroduced in the heart of the Gold Coast neighborhood from Lettuce Entertain You. Drawing inspiration from the legendary restaurant at the former Ambassador East Hotel, Booth One is a contemporary American concept with a vibrant, social dining scene. Created by Chef/Partner Doug Psaltis, the menu at Booth One utilizes top quality, seasonal ingredients to showcase modern interpretations of throwback dishes. The beverage program boasts classic, straightforward cocktails and a wine menu focusing on French and American bottles that complement the modern cuisine.

Valet is available at the Ambassador Chicago. For the first three hours valet is $15, for three to four hours it is $23. Street parking is limited. Self pay parking lots are available within walking distance.
