Food was excellent! Service was outstanding! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and they had the table decorated without our knowledge!

Have been to a number of Steakhouses in Reno. The Boomtown Steakhouse has, by far, the best food for the value and it is excellent.

The filet was one of the best I have ever had!! Salad was beautiful and yummy. Fresh hot sourdough bread excellent.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived throughout our meal from staff. Our meal was overly delicious. Highly recommend!

As a Reno, Northlake tahoe local for over 25 years we have tried nearly every fine dining option in the north Lake Tahoe in Reno area. We were delighted to find the steakhouse at Boomtown a few months back, and have frequently been a guest ever since. The quality of the food, the presentation, the attention to detail And most importantly the service levels are superior to most other establishments in the area. Special shout out to Dan, the bartender and waiter who has become our go to person at this establishment. Dan‘s recommendations on cocktails and entrées have been spot on. His positive attitude and superior customerservice shine’s head and shoulders above the rust in the area. I do not often recommend or comment on establishments we frequent, however, this location and quality of service deserves a special recognition. I highly recommend you try the steakhouse inside boom town next time you’re in the Reno area.

You cannot go wrong with the early bird special our server was top notch and very attentive to our table drinks were on point oysters were super fresh along with the calamari
