The service was poor and the food was okay. The associate was unwilling to prepare a drink while we waited for our guest without ringing us up and cashing us out. The breakfast sandwich was great, but the avocado toast was poorly prepared and well overpriced. I would not come again.

I will start with the food. I had the breakfast burrito and it was great. My daughters avocado toast was pretty bland and but she said it was fine. Not bad, just different than what you would typically expect. I'm not sure why they accept reservations because its a walk up counter cafe style restaurant, then you seat yourself at an empty table. We were 2nd in line to order but it still 45 minutes to get our food. I had to stop an employee to find out what was going on. After we got our main breakfast, it was another 10 minutes before the hash browns came out. Okay- not a big deal because we allowed plenty of time before our next destination. One of the employees brought their 3 kids in and seated them at a table to eat, but no one was watching them. Food and drinks were being spilled everywhere, they were incredibly loud and once finished eating, the children were literally running through the restaurant. I understand desperate times call for desperate measures but these 3 children (all under the age of 5) were too young to be left unattended while their parent worked.
