The Bonissoni Brazilian Steakhouse is a restaurant located in Ogunquit, ME. It brings to this region the authentic Brazilian cuisine with the best food and our world-famous Brazilian Barbecue.

Following the footsteps of our family wine business, which brought to America the best history and flavor of Italy, a new flame was kindled in our hearts to pursuit another passion that also will be spread throughout this nation.

Steakhouses are traditional all over Brazil, as well as the wonderful smell of the charcoal barbecue everywhere.

Therefore, we decided to start the Bonissoni Brazilian Steakhouse to give everyone the opportunity to taste our unforgettable barbecue.

The Brazilian barbecue is served in a “Rodízio” (rounds) by the servers (Gaúchos) who bring to your table the meat of your choice, at your desired temperature and slice it right in front of you. This way, you have unlimited meat and side dishes for an affordable flat rate.

From start to finish, eating out at Bonissoni was a thoroughly spectacular meal. Service was top quality, the food was not just delicious but for a pretty reasonable price/quality ratio and virtually unlimited! Wonderful ambiance throughout the whole restaurant, from a glance it seemed every other patron was having an equally nice time there. Have eaten here 2x now and will likely reccomend/come again for any "nice occasion" that calls for an affordable but high quality meal.

The staff is outstanding! I took my 90 yr. old father-in-law who can be a bit of a challenge to communicate with and I was so impressed with their patience and how important it was to them to ensure he was albe to try everything, most especially the pineapple! The wife and I throughly enjoyed every part of our evening there and left with a wonderful memory!

Everything was perfect. We were seated promptly. The food was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly. All of the meat was served cut right from the skewer tender and juicy. This experience ranks at the top of my best restaurant list. Thank you John and Carrie

It is such a unique experience dining at Bonissonis. They are so dedicated to their customers. It shows in all the staff and the gauchos who serve the endless cuts of meat of your choice! The setting is so awesome while you enjoy your dinner and relax. Food is excellent and fresh. Huge bar selection as well. We always look forward to our next visit at Bonissonis

The service was great. The meat was delicious, the sides were uninspired, i wish they would put a little more effort into the sides. The dessert was terrible. Unfortunately, there was a screaming baby at the table beside us so the ambiance was not great that night.
