The place was great! Our waiter was very good! The only complaint was how do you serve pasta without out garlic bread or a breadstick?
My husband and I have liked eating at Bonfire in the past. This time we both felt that the food was just "all right". my husband had a burger and I had Cowboy tacos. It was disappointing because in the past we have left feeling extremely happy and excited to come back. My husbands Long Island was ok. My Margarita was a complete waste. Not sure how soon we will go back to give it one more chance?
Over priced across the board
Quality of food not far from frozen/prepackaged
Might as well go to Applebee's for the same Gordon Food Service ingredients for 1/2 the price
Waitress was great, the only bad thing that occurred was we had. Reservation set for 7pm, yet we had to wait to get seated until 7:30 pm due to “ we got really busy”. Yet then, what serves the purpose of a reservation?
Food wasn’t very good, we didn’t get everything we ordered & didn’t even get an apology when we asked about it. Plenty of better restaurants to visit.
Everything was fine
A very slow Monday night with only a handful of tables in after 7p. Our server wasn’t by more than once after food was dropped. Disappointed in an overdone steak, bitter vegetable and spicy (what??) mashed potatoes. Very much a let down.
When you order a half chicken for almost $20 you expect white and dark meat, not ALL dark, but that's what I got. Wasn't yummy, juicy chicken either. Service was great, though.
The waitress was very rude. I was waiting for someone to arrive and ordered an appetizer in the mean time. When she came back with it she asked if I was ordering anything else or if that was it very rudely. She took 20 minutes to come by and bring my guest a drink, didn't add ice to any refills, mopped the floors with very strong detergent and even though it wasn't busy she acted like she was in a hurry for us to leave. Our steaks were over done and dry and the asparagus was old and wilted. Over all it was the worst experience I've had there and I've been going since it first opened at the Blaine location. Very disappointed and embarrassed for suggesting that restaurant for dinner. Not sure we'll be back.
Great food, service and atmosphere! Will definitely be back!
Need more chicken less lettuce on the wrap other than that great food.
This place has gone downhill. Very sad to see. The chicken wraps had dried out dark rotisserie chicken meat in them and they were tasteless. We will not be returning.
Very friendly service food was outstanding and couldn't beat the price and environment was comfortable making it feel just like home
Well for starters got wrong drinks, then got the wrong food waited 10 minutes for them to take it.found out it was for someone else, they took it to them then after we moved it around realize it was not our order omg
We have eaten here on holidays before, the food is always good. We were here for Thanksgiving, the turkey was very tender & flavorful. Green beans & mashed potatoes , etc. was great. I was not real fond of the stuffing, but I am not used to the cornbread kind. You can have more of all the food and the best part, you can take home leftovers.
I have gone to the Blaine Bonfire on numerous occasions and have enjoyed the food and the service has always been very good.
Went to this location on Thanksgiving Day to meet family members. Everyone was very pleased with the friendly and welcoming service. We were also visited at the table by two people whom I presume were management, to be sure we were being taken care of and to assure us that we could stay and visit as long as we liked. This was a very pleasant change from other restaurants we have visited on special days (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.) which have limited our time at the table so they could seat other customers. The food was OK, standard Thanksgiving fare, and in line with the price at $25/person. Usually coffee and soft drinks are included for the fixed price but here they were not. The food may have not been particularly outstanding, however the restaurant offered no-charge seconds on any food item we wanted, which was very generous. We usually go to the Bonfire location in Woodbury, and have always found it to be a good value, with good, friendly service.
Staff was great! Very out going and cheerful. Food was great value with generous serving size. This was not our first Thanksgiving dinner with Bonfire, and will not be our last.
Thanksgiving lunch- service was exceptional. Planning to eat here again next Thanksgiving!!
My husband ordered a pasta dish he said the only thing missing was a bread stick.
Food was ok. Not great. Service was as to be expected.
Was seated in a cold spot. We were moved to a warmer place next to a fireplace. Manager and waitress were great and enjoyed great food.
Nice server. Basic food but well prepared. Easy to talk and be heard.
Food was poorly constructed. Flavors did not compliment each of the five entrees were inedible.
Fun Bloody Mary’s with tons of food on top at an excellent price!!
The food was substandard. The table were were seated at was cold. The sever tried hard but the quality of food overcame his efforts. Would not recommend.
Amazing food. Generous portions. Will definitely be back!
Good foood, good seervvvice, noise level was excellent as wee wanted too carry on a conversation with our guesys
The restaurant was not busy at all and we were seated right away. After almost 15 minutes with no wait staff coming to our table we left. Very disappointing to wait with no contact as we noted 3 wait staff in the restaurant and there couldn’t have been much more than 10 full tables. Very unlikely to return to this location.
The food is always good, but service varies.
Great service, Good Food
Very enjoyable. Wide choice of selections and excellent service. Perfect match for our group.
We love the bonfire but I'd skip the fish fry next time. Way too salty!! Everything else was great but that meal was pure sodium. We'll still be back!
We were very disappointed in our prime rib, Caprese salad & ice tea that we ordered. Thinnest piece of prime rib that we ever had. My husband said that the ice tea was the worst tasting ice tea he ever had. We would have preferred a salad instead of the Caprese salad.
My husband got the land and sea entree. Was seriously disappointed with the portion size considering the price of the meal. He was still hungry afterwards. My daughter got the chicken wrap sandwich and found a bone inside of it. Service was good but considering how disappointed we were with the food, not planning on coming back.
The service was horrible we left and went somewhere else !! Will never go back
Food was pretty good. But three of us ordered salad and were told that they don’t have bread to serve with the salad. Also - background music was horrible and loud. It got turned up once we got there. My parents are older and they couldn’t hear any of the conversations over the music.
Sat for 20 minutes waiting for my drink. The waiter didnt put it in until I said something. Didnt eat, just left because the service was so bad.
Worst service i ever experienced. Food came out cold, sent it back and it came out cold again so i didn'teven eat it. Had a beer spilt on us and didn't offer a towel of any sort to dry off.. and then charged full price! Never again. First and last time there.
Nice atmosphere! We ordered a burger, it was over cooked, dry and missing friend onions. The wrap was dry and had way too much cheese. We asked for no onions, it came with onions. The Mac n cheese came with e teas that were not on the menu. They remade 3 dishes. The potatoes with the steak were cold. The power bowl had good flavor? But the quinoa was over cooked. The waitress was clueless, the manager was not so great either. He sounded rather irritated. It was father’s day and it was not busy. We drove an hour to get there and $90 later it’s was a bad experience.
