I always receive the Ritz Carlton experience when dining at Bones. I dine out daily with clients and centers of influence due to my occupation. I have immensely reduced the amount of time that I spend at other 5-star restaurants, while increasing the amount of time that I spend at Bones due to the experience that I receive while there. I am always greeted by name and seated at a preferred table. Upon leaving today, I was presented with a bottle of Bones wine as a kind gesture for my patronage. As long as I continue to be identified by name and thanked continually for my business, I will be a regular guest at Bones.

The food and service were excellent, as always. The dry-aged bone-in ribeye was incredible. Bones has a great wine list as well.

The food was outstanding, but the service was not what I would expect in a fine dining restaurant. The food was brought out without the wine that we had ordered, and I had to go to the maître d' to get our wine, because our waiter was nowhere to be found. The waiter finally brought the wine, but he didn't apologize for the inconvenience. When you spend over $250 on a meal for two, you should receive the best service possible.

My husband and I were really looking forward to date night and my co-worker highly recommended Bones. Unfortunately, our experience was awful. When walking into Bones, we expected it to be more of an intimate with subtle lighting setting. We felt it was more like an Applebees', TGIF environment.

The waiter (Jason), was awful as well. His professionalism was non-existence, when we ordered we decided to share our appetizers and main entrée, which apparently Jason wasn't thrilled about by shrugging his shoulders and expression on his face. Not only did he take forever to check back with us, he brought me the wrong wine and 10 mins later comes back and asks what our drink order was since he didn't write it down.

A near perfect meal, with wife, daughter and her partner! We ordered a variety of veal, beef, seafood and freshwater fish. Excellent wait staff, excellent preparation and the only thing keeping me from rating this place higher is the New York seating. I do not understand why restaurants think we appreciate having our "neighbor's elbows on our table when dinning. I guess they want us to make new friends? Every time someone at our table needed to get up to visit the restaurant, All of our party had to rise, shuffle around the table, and allow the person out, or back in. Another 12 inches between tables would have made all the difference in the world.

They didn't answer the phone... called earlier that day and said they would be open regardless of the weather and then nothing... they could have called and let us know that they were closing for the night.

Friends who live in Atlanta suggested we go to Bone's, and are we ever glad we took their advice! It's a classic, old-style steak house, reminiscent of Sardi's and Twenty-One in New York, complete with interesting old photos, drawings and paintings gracing the walls and soft golden lighting. Cocktails are big and excellent, and so's the food, and the service, decor, and ambience are first rate. Every table looked like a party! One must not go to Atlanta without dining at Bone's!

The food (steaks, lobster, Mushrooms and Mac & cheese) was perfectly prepared and the service was outstanding. No snobby waiters here. We went for our 48th wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful evening.

Overall a great and unique restaurant! The only complaint I had was my wife filet mignon was dry and not as juicy as Ruth Chris or Chops. The harsh browns was great must try and the short ribs was very delicious but disappointed on the steak.

I took my husband to Bones for his 40th birthday. This was hands down the best meal we have ever eaten. The staff was so attentive without being intrusive. They seemed to know what we needed before we did. They were so kind to have the table decorated for his birthday and to bring us out an enormous slice of seven layer ice cream cake as a special treat. I can't say enough great things about the food. We chose the Bones salad for a starter; the combo of blue cheese/pistachios/apples/butter lettuce/raspberry vinaigrette sounds odd but tastes amazing. The complimentary bread was soft on the inside and perfectly crunchy on the outside. It was served warm with great butter. Now.. the meat! Oh man was it delicious. I had the 12 ounce New York strip and he had the mixed platter (filet/sausage/lamb chops) and each bite was heaven. For sides we had the bacon mac and cheese and the collard greens. Good lord.. I could have eaten a 10 gallon hat full of each. Impeccable service, out of this world food, and an atmosphere that was straight out of old New York made for a perfect dinner.

Tuna appetizer was outstanding, really smooth and rich Lobster bisque. We both had the Filet.... I had the bone-in which was perfectly prepared. We’ve dined here over 20 times spanning last 5 years and every visit has been on the money. When we visit Buckhead, Bones is a must!!

This was our ninth year in a row to come from Chattanooga to Atlanta on the weekend following New Year's day to celebrate my birthday which is Jan. 8th. We have always eaten at Bones and look forward to going back a year later the day after we have just been there. Next year will be my 80th birthday and if we are both still as healthy as we are now and are brave enough to still battle the # 75 south traffic, we will again enjoy my wonderful birthday dinner. We love sitting in the wine gallery where it is quiet, romantic, and treated like a queen! :) So we are looking forward to enjoying our Bones dining experience-- probably January 4, 2019!

Porterhouse was superb. Filet Mignon was delicious. Ribeye was only okay. Steaks had a tendency to be undercooked in the center but not so much so as to send it back - was afraid it would dry out the rest of the steak. A little pricey for the quality. Would go back but want to try other steak places in the area first.

Special lunch for my daughter’s birthday. She had the filet mignon. The rest of us had salmon, steak sandwich, and a burger. We were all very happy with our meals. You must order the hash browns, amazing. One slice of the Mountain High ice cream pie was, well, the icing on the cake! Our server was wonderful. There was nothing left to be desired.
