   Our server, Adam, was amazing. We were out for my daughter’s birthday and had a fabulous time!

   The open table reservation did not work as the system was down (Possibly bonefish system I’m not sure) but we got there early enough to where there was no wait for a seat. Food was perfect and waitress was super nice.

   Went to check in and was told they "couldn't see" our Open Table reservation because the system was down. Waited 35 minutes beyond our scheduled reservation time for a table. The staff really was great but we were ticked from the moment we sat down. Food was good but my son's rib eye was undercooked so they comped us for it. I had never been to a Bonefish Grill and was not impressed by the time I left. Again, not the staff fault. The franchise owner needs to step up.

   Failing character of a corporate chain restaurant to deliver quality food. Portions reduced and blandness ruled the meal. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and couldn’t have been more displeased. That was my third visit to the Bonefish Grill in Viera. All three of us pledged never to patronize that establishment ever again.

   We were seated immediately upon arrival , which was great. Service was very good, our server was very helpful explaining any questions about menu. We never felt rushed.

   Restaurant did not have our open table reservation. Assigned to the worst table. Inattentive service vegetables were so undercooked they were inedible. Not a good experience

   As always bang bang shrimp was top notch. I also enjoyed the corn chowder. My pineapple martini drink was perfect. My husbands grilled chicken was moist and juicy.

   We always enjoy going to bonefish Grill. We have never been disappointed in our many visits there. The food is always well cooked and delicious. Their specials are always unique and seasonal. I would say that the noise level is a little high, but it is a very popular place and almost always has a wait. Lively bar area. The fish always taste fresh and seasonal vegetables are appreciated.

   Beautiful Birthday Dinner for my 87 year old mom. She loves fish and the salmon was outstanding.
