   Our server was Robert and he was amazing! Also Lloyd another waiter assisted and both had great customer service and offered warmth and a smile.

   I ordered the filet and crab cake. The crab cake was awesome. The filet was chewy. Not what I expected. We dine here regularly and almost always order the fish. I guess it will be always now.

   Our reservations were right on time. We had service provided by Robert. He was very friendly, helpful and made sure we had very enjoyable experience dining at Bonefish. We enjoy having dinner there when we are in Orlando.

    It pains me to write this review. My wife and I have been frequent visitors to The Bonefish Grill on Sandlake Rd and have always enjoyed it in the past. Must say the waiter was accommodating and good. That was the highlight of the visit. This time the quality of drinks were just ok, but there were no frozen drinks. Restaurant did not have any straws for water or Arnold Palmer, and no explanation why (Hope this is not a new policy). Salads were thrown together. Lettuce did not appear fresh Salmon did not seem cooked properly. Food was a major disappointment and I had not experienced this before. Unfortunately, this was the first visit on the part of our guests and it left a terrible impression. Will not be returning in the immediate future.
