The food was decent but sub-par for the price
We visited Bond 45 for breakfast. I was expecting a more extensive buffet, and was disappointed in the limited menu items. I would try again for dinner.
Great food, large portions. Room for improvement in their wine menu but excellent choice of cocktails and spirits
Very good selection. Food was excellent. Service was very good as well. A bit pricey but it is NYC. I will go back again when in the city.
It was during a busy time and they were very accomodating and helpful. The staff always had a smile on their face!
The food was fantastic. I've never seen my mom finish an entire plate before. The restaurant was loud and energetic, the tables are a little close together. That didn't matter though, the food made up for it!
First time dining here since they moved to 46th street. We had a nice wait person but drinks took a long time to come. Ordered a Burrata appetizer and asked for more bread- that didn't arrive until our waitperson came by and saw it wasn't there. Food was ok but not like when the restaurant was on 45th. Will not rush back. Oh- we had a 5:45p reservation, had 8pm theatre tickets and no time for dessert. Very slow for meals to arrive.
Love the foo
Saturday night, party of 6 pre show and Andre was spot on. Everything came out correct, efficient and pleasant service.
After seeing a nearby show. Food was really good: roasted chicken, scallops over risotto, chicken parm. Avocado toast with crab was good but laughably tiny for the price. The selection of the vegetable antipasto bar was vast (and delicious). But what the waitress delivered to our table was so chintzy that the four of us barely got a taste of each.
Placed reservation on open table for 4 at 4:45, called to say we were stuck in traffic and would be a little late was informed that was no problem, try to be as close as possible, we arrived at 5:05 was told I had no reservation ,then told it was only for 2, they then asked if seating by bar was ok and seated us, I have been coming to Bond45 and others in the group for more than 8 years this is the first time this has ever happened, so I will continue to come and recommend Fireman's Group to any body who needs recommendation
It was ridiculously expensive for poor food. They are lucky to have the theatre crowd as a captive audience.
The restaurant was next to the theatre so it was perfect. The food was great. Our waiter did not go over the menu properly-needs more training.
Great food and ambiance!
Food delicious. Service great. Wine. Little pricey.
We really loved our dinner at B45. We were sat downstairs and had a great experience. The ambiance was wonderful, the design amazing and we all felt really cozy. No idea that such place, especially a basement, around Times Square really exists. Food was fantastic(calamar, prosciut, burat, pizza, carbonar) and the service by Dennis was phenomenal. Ciao Bello!
ps. The live music was definitely the highlight!
Service was prompt but not attentive. We ordered the fried olives as an appetizer expecting sauteed mixed olives but got breaded deep fried tasteless olives that I think were cooked the day before. Cold and mealy. The entrees were well presented but my Chicken Milanese was swimming in too much butter. Waiter never asked how everything was and meals came out so quickly they were obviously precooked. This place is just a factory.
Fun peace - great ambiance!
The location and the attentive service made this a good pretheater dinner choice. I thoroughly enjoyed the vegetable soup and the tiramisu was so light and delicious. I would avoid the Caesar salad and Veal parmigiana as they are mediocre. Overall, good choice for the area.
Great place in the heart of the theater district. Never rushed us and didnt wait long for food.
The reservation was made over a week ahead but we were seated in the bar area. Our waiter was doing double duty as both a waiter and serving at the bar. My lunch was served 15 minutes before my friend, which was odd because mine was a hot lunch while hers came from the antipasto bar. Her order was wrong and she needed a fork but couldn’t get a hold of our waiter. We had to track down another waiter to get her the food she ordered and a fork. I had to go to the bar to get our bill and pay. I’ve eaten there before and didn’t have this kind of experience.
Really good atmosphere and food. Our server was great and gave us some Prosecco and cookies after the meal which was a great ending to a great meal.
Had high hopes after reviewing the menu in advance. Our roasted vegetables were under cooked and cold. We watched them sit under a heat lamp at the bar while entrees were being prepared. The pasta was good but was really an appetizer size serving. The biggest disappointment was the steak. Cooked properly but chewy. It arrived almost cold. Served with arugula salad which was severely over dressed with too much vinegar which overpowered the flavor of the steak. I should have sent this back and ordered something else. The cheesecake we had was very good. Overall it feels like Bond 45 is relying only on their past success rather than executing as they need to in order to make lasting first impressions on new customers. I would try many other restaurants in the theater district before going back.
Had a great meal with family. We were staying at the Marriott Marquis and Bond 45 is directly across the street. People were friendly and the recommendations of the staff were perfect.
Ordered carry out dessert-Cheese cake and it was missing all components of our order.
Lasagna was burnt and inedible in areas. Previous experience at Bond was better.
Food portion huge! I strongly consider sharing.
Didn’t think there was a great selection on menu. The was ok but for the prices charged we could have had a better meal elsewhere.
Very accommodating and friendly. Great food, lots of choices and wonderful ambiance.
The first sign that we made a mistake was the fact that the restaurant didn't smell like food. In general, food quality was poor, over-priced, no diversion from menu (everything seemed pre-fab - e.g. chicken parm could not be made without breading because the cutlets were pre-made). Only plus is location to theaters.
It was quite loud in the restaurant, very little fabric and a full house.
Food was very good and location perfect to theater
Celebrating moms 75th birthday
Everything from the moment we walked in the door until we walked out was phenomenal. Staff were very pleasant and took good care of mom walking with cane. Food and table service were truly excellent. Great overall experience.
A friends birthday love that they give you cookies while you eat 😊
Dinner was fantastic. What more do I need to write?!?! Go. Make a reservation and go.
Space was too cramped.
I couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Bond 45. Granted, my daughter and I were on a post-Hamilton high but it was snowing and we were early so I expected to wait. We were seated right away! The server was friendly and his wine & dinner suggestions were delicious—the lump crab salad & lasagna. I added a note that it was my daughter’s birthday when I made the reservation and didn’t need to remind them. (I almost forgot!) They delivered a large slice of creamy NY cheesecake with a festive sparkler perched on top and wished her a happy 18th (without singing, thankfully). It exceeded my expectations by far.
Our food was fantastic and served promptly and professionally. We enjoy eating here b4 or after Broadway shows. Highly recommend this restaurant
Bond 45 was wonderful. The atmosphere, service and food were very good. I ordered the crab avocado toast for dinner and thought it was really good. The guys ordered the veal parm and cleaned their plates. I would go back again and I would recommend this restaurant.
Very enjoyable experience, excellent food and very good service. Right in the heart of the Theater District so a great pre-show venue for dinner.
Had dinner with our daughter and her boyfriend before seeing Ain’t Too Proud one block away. I had the burrata ravioli. It was a perfect portion and delicious.
