Service was excellent!!
This place was not very good at all. Service was even worse. We were constantly waiting for something. We ordered drinks and appetizers and were still waiting on drinks when the appetizers came. We were given 2 slices of bread, portions were small, food was subpar. Its a tourist trap....dont bother...
Food was fantastic 👌. Service started out great but had to flag out server down to get dessert and check.
Perfect for a great experience pre threatre.
We had a party of 9 & everything came out timely & hot. Went early before a theatre show & was not disappointed. We had appetizers, dinner & drinks. Burrata was very tasty. Lasagna & chicken pepperoni parmesan are unique & delicious. Staff was very attentive & friendly. It was packed when we left.
Server had zero personality, rush rush mentality and our food came out cold. No recommendations, history of restaurant or even introduction. Didn’t even acknowledge our special occasion which was included on our reservation. Host was also rude, not saying hello or anything. Just straight up brought water to table and asked what we wanted. Asked for it to be sent back/redone and they brought back the exact same food just on a different plate. Will not be back or recommending this place.
We had a wonderful meal at Bond 45 tonight. We were going to a Broadway show and we were able to have a relaxing and delicious meal with plenty of time to get to the show on time. Great location in theatre district and next to Times Square. A must try on your night out in New York!
Great variety of vegetable antipasto
The food, drinks and dessert were fabulous. Service and atmosphere were also wonderful
Great food and outstanding service.
Everything was wonderful the meatballs were great and I had one of the pasta. Love The place can’t wait to go back again
We ate her ten years ago on the evening of our wedding I always recall The Fillet Mignon being the best steak I had ate. Being back in NY we decided to visit again, ten years on it still lived up to expetations.
Fab service from start to finish.
The restaurant is very cute and conveniently located steps away from Times Square. The food was delicious and all the staff I encountered were very friendly. It is a little noisy, which can make it hard to hear people across the table, but it's a minor complaint.
Service excellent
Food was delicious
Atmosphere very energetic
Service was terrific. Food also terrific. Great spot.
It is really an overpriced Olive Garden that is catering to tourists. Not what I was expecting at all.
Broadwayshow
A little pricey but delicious.
I love this restaurant! It is quaint, has delicious food. Definitely a favorite.
Great Food, waiter ambiance
Food was good!!! Portions were huge!! We had a great time. A bit pricey but expected in the heart of time square!! The cappuccino was amazing!!!
Our Server Douglas was TERRIFIC. He was attentive, kind and fun. Excellent
Something did happen that was horribly OFF PUTTING. A young man that was either a runner or bus boy ( hope that's PC) he was tall with dark hair and had a black hat on. He was delivering food to a near by table and as he walked away he sneezed into both hands. He proceeded to blow his nose and then continued to pick up plates and deliver said plates to table. If he had come to my table I would have refused the plate. This was awful and disgusting.
Again thank you Douglas for making our evening absolutely lovely even after I witnessed the above.
I did tell our delightful Host and said that he would speak to worker.
Whenever we get to New York City, we always eat at Bond 45. The food and service are amazing. They also have great lunch specials. The quality and variety of items on menu are perfect for different menu choices to please everyone. When you go to New York City, you must eat at Bond 45. You wont be disappointed!
Food excellent. Venue classy and great ambience. Staff extremely friendly and professional.
Welcoming staff, consistently fine food, comfortable setting, convivial vibe. One of the few go-to places in the dreaded Theater District restaurant wasteland.
Beautiful restaurant and really good food. Spaghetti carbonara was one of the best we have ever had. Good pizzas too !
Great location in the theater district for lunch or brunch
Great Pizza! Great pasta! Be sure to make a reservation on Matinee days!!
Breakfast buffet was nothing special - was expecting more fresh fruit (instead of one strawberry per tiny cup) and also better pastries (like croissants). Looked like the lunch antipasto bar is the way to go here....still a good pre-theater spot!
Staff were very helpful and our waiter went out of his way to get breakfast tea. Buffet was enjoyed by the whole party and would recommend this place.
Great place to drop in after a show. Prices are decent and wine selections were good. Live music was appropriate, fun for all ages and added to a great experience. If you're traveling from out of town and want a break from the chaos of the streets this is a nice place to have in your back pocket. Our reservation was accommodated within one minute of walking in which was outstanding! We will be coming back.
Poor service. Seated on time. Waited 30 min to get drinks. Ordered appetizers and main course. Asked for apps 3 times over another 30 minutes. After about an hour of sitting Main dishes were delivered but appetizers never showed up. No one apologized or even tried to rectify just asked if they should cancel the appetizers. Ended up bringing them as we were half way through our main course. No apologies whatsoever. Mistakes can happen and that’s ok but making a mistake and not trying to do anything to rectify it is not.
The service was subpar at best. We waited for 45 min or longer to get food. Server only came by table twice prior to food being served. We had to ask for water to be refilled. Just not the level of service I would have expected for the price. The food was okay but nothing to write home about.
First time back since the 45th street location. The kitchen seemed overwhelmed, the server looked like she was working the entire floor by herself (but was fantastic), and the restaurant was out of chicken and their signature chocolate dessert on a weekend night. Wish I was writing a different review, but my guess is that they are now reliant on tourists and not worried about repeat customers.
The hostesses were very accommodating as we arrived a little early for our reservation. Food was excellent, especially the lasagna and the fresh burrata. Wine was a little pricey but that is to be expected. The waitress was very nice and friendly, answering all our questions in a very helpful way! Overall, a great experience
I made reservations for my Fathers birthday about a month ago at Bond 45 via Open Table for 6 people this past Saturday. The only reason I chose this place was because Carmines and Tony's Di Napoli we're booked up and this place came up as "family style", which it actually isn't. Upon arriving the Hostess says "oh you were 5, not you're 6?" I said, "no, it was always 6". He turns to the waitress and says "add another chair to the table". She brings us over and it is a booth that would fit 3-4 people tops. They squeezed 6 adults at this table. My Dad isn't a small guy, my boyfriend is 6'2, I'm 5'7, so we did not fit even remotely well at this table. My sister asks if we could be moved since they made the mistake and we wouldn't even be able to fit our food on the table for all of us. The waitress says "we can put you at an actual 6 top, but you have to be done in an hour and a half because we have other reservations." They made the mistake of putting us down for 5 people and they want us to rush our dinner now!? So we move to that table. The waitress who took our drink order took 40 mins to bring them over and forgot 1. We waited another 10 mins for that last drink and my Dad had to go over to her standing around twirling her hair and asked if we could get that last drink, ridiculous! Then my boyfriend asks if we could get bread or something?! "Oh sorry the bus boy should have brought it over". Almost an hour to get drinks and bread and they wanted us to rush our meal?! And it's expensive for small portions! $30 for a small plate of 5 raviolis?! $30 for a small cast iron pan of lasagna!? Bill came to $600 and it was 100% not worth that. The service was beyond horrible and the food portions would only fill up a child. I won't be back and I won't be recommending this place to anyone.
I'm not sure that I will return despite it being so well located within the theater district which makes it so accessible to getting to show on time. We have eaten here a number of times for brunch or lunch or dinner, and this most recent time was for brunch with a 12:15 reservation. There was a line almost out the door which included both those with and without reservations which made things chaotic. Three of us were finally seated at a tiny table downstairs and the server seemed to have attitude. The food was mediocre and definitely not as good as it had been a year or two ago.
Excellent flatbread
Food was amazing, atmosphere was great but after we placed our drink order we never saw our server again...anywhere! It was like his shift was over in the middle of the dinner rush?!? We had 1 person deliver our drinks, another our food...sat there for 30 minutes until a manger cleared our plate and we asked him if we could get a cheesecake, and had to ask a different server for our bill! Unfortunately a great place but left a bad taste in our mouth!
We had a group of 7 people. It took the waiter 30 minutes to come to our table for the first time to take our drink order. The food was delivered before our drinks were brought to the table and some food was cold when served.
