    I’m so glad l finally got to experience BON Restaurant! They serve premium cuts of sashimi and sushi, everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor! The service was excellent, and I even had the chance to meet the chef, which gave me the opportunity to personally thank him for the amazing Tasting Menu experience. I loved everything about it and will definitely be coming back!

    Recommended by friends and they were right. Food is great quality and delicious. Service is great. BYOB a plus. Will go back again and again.

    This place is a bit higher-end sushi spot in North Jersey. As you walk in, you can appreciate the nice ambiance and feel. However, the service did not match this higher-end expectation; it was just okay or fair, not what you would expect from a higher-end restaurant. Then again, it’s only a sushi place, right? The menu offers a decent variety—neither too many options nor too limited. We tried various items, and while the presentation was better than most sushi places I've been to, the quality and taste were lacking. Some sauces were too overpowering, masking the pure taste of the sushi and rolls. Additionally, the nigiri wasn’t particularly fresh. Overall, I’d give it 2 out of 5 stars. Would I come back? Most likely not; for the price, I would opt for Shumi in Ridgewood, which has a decent ambiance and much higher quality food.

    We really like this sushi restaurant because it has a really cool atmosphere (which you don’t always find with sushi places). Nice decor and the food is also really good!!

    A hidden gem in Westwood — perfect for wine lovers. Warm hospitality, soothing tea, and beautifully plated, thoughtful dishes. The five wine-paired appetizers and premium set menu were a true delight — not overpowering, but fresh, full, and deeply satisfying. The flavors didn’t just dance on the tongue — they filled the whole mouth with richness and quiet elegance. It was a moment that warmed not only my body, but also my heart. I’m so happy to have discovered such a perfect place to share with someone special. And I’ll be coming back — very soon.

    The service was terrible. We brought champagne and waited for 20 mins for glasses and ice bucket. The restaurant was empty. The price did not match the experience. The server told us the black cod was yellow tail with ginger! There was definitely something off with the waiter…kept dropping trays and interrupting out conversation with things that didn’t make sense. We were very disappointed…for an $850 meal…this fell way way way short.
