One of the best dining experiences I have had in a long while!! Drinks were delicious, service was spot on and every single dish our table had was outstanding! Can't wait to come back again!

We were really looking forward to eating here but had no idea how fantastic every bite would be! The small plates were incredible! My fave being the small chopped tomato and gherkin bites - they are delicious!! The cocktails are outstanding. I had the kumquat cocktail and it was perfect and so original. We then had the ravioli with peas and the flavor was exactly what you wanted it to be! The layered crab appetizer was perfect. The desserts are flawless. We will be back this weekend for the Sunday morning market to try the fresh croissants......

Outside patio is gorgeous. The staff was all lovely and attentive. The food was about a 7/10 due to everything being over salted. Cocktails were 10/10 which is very rare. Overall 8/10 and recommend chicken liver gougere, raw bar scallop and lamb (albeit small).

My cousins celebrated their wedding anniversary. We enjoyed every bite, service and hospitality! From the oysters to desserts, it was all worth it!

This is my new favorite restaurant in Los Angeles. From the moment you arrive until you finish dessert it is an amazing experience.
Amazing food, delicious cocktails, and the service was second to none!
Requested but did not get an outside table. Inside gets loud so that your ears are ringing. Food was sometimes great, sometimes a bit confused (sea bass was as much shrimp and mussel as bass) and mostly starter sized or much smaller.
The food is Michelin level, service is exceptional !

Best chocolate soufflé since Paris... exquisite menu, all kudos to the chef! Attentive staff. All in all, made our anniversary even more special! Highly recommended, will definitely dine here again!
Every dish was incredible. Loved the risotto, the uni tartelette and the s’mores. We are definitely coming back!
The caviar, scallops, and the beef tartare a delicious and a definite must have. Service is excellent as well.
We had four in our party. We had a reservation, were warmly greeted upon arriving and were sat immediately. Our server was friendly and helpful. We tried a selection of 5 starters and had the 45 oz, 45 day aged ribeye. All of the food was prepared perfectly with outstanding taste. We especially liked the risoto, lobster, shrimp, the ribeye and the dessert. They have been open only about a month and are already establishing the restaurant as another of L.A.'s premier restaurants. Cudos to the chef for an interesting and perfectly prepared meal. We will certainly be going back.

Went with some friends for small plates and dessert after I got off late from work. Service was welcoming, the food was delicious, and the desserts were wonderfully inventive. Highly recommend.
It was perfect from the minute we walked it. We were going to the Ahmanson for a play at 8pm and had a 5:45 reservation. They kept us on track with our ordering and bringing the food. We even had time to order dessert, get the check and pay and leave in plenty of time. The food was creative and delicious we will be back for sure!

Will go again. Good service. Great food - though slightly pricey. The wine is certainly overpriced. Bring your own and pay the corkage. And of course the quintessential homeless types on the sidewalk. But great restaurant overall.
Beautiful space filled with people dedicated to their craft. Everything was great from the moment we walked in the door. Top notch service, great drinks and wine selection, delicious food, and some of the best desserts in town.
Had the salmon and the scallops both were excellent and the desserts were awesome. I would suggest that the menu be enlarged to include vegetarian and a few vegan options.
We LOVE everything about Bon Temps!
The food was exquisite and flavorful; the drinks were well-prepared and heavenly; and the service was top-notch, attentive, and welcoming! We had the Maine Lobster, Chicken Liver Gougere, Black Truffle RisottoMaine Scallops, Loup De Mer, and Passion Posset and S'mores as desserts. Everything was just perfect!
Please note that a 4% surcharge is added to the bill to help cover employee's healthcare coverage which we didn't mind at all.
Now, I know that they have been open for just a few weeks, so everyone is fresh and excited. I really hope that Bon Temps' management will do everything they can to take good care of their staff so that such excellent service will continue to be provided!

I think the best way to describe my dining experience at Bon Temps is love at first bite, followed by where have you been all my life; we enjoyed 4 hours of pure joy and surprises, all my senses happy and satisfied. Thank you chef Lincoln and your culinary team. Already look forward to revisit.
The wait staff was amazing. We had three people waiting on us all night, bringing food and drinks and talking. I wasn’t sure who was the waiter and who was the helper. It was seamless. The food was unbelievable. Beautiful presentation and so delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for a very special place to dine. I will definitely be back, and will be bringing out of town guests here for a rare view of fine dining in DTLA.

Excellent opening week and the service was outstanding. Similar to some of the modern bistros we went to in Paris. Interesting veg forward cocktails and very tasty unpretentious food.

Very cool patio in the alley. The servers were lovely. We really enjoyed all of our food, especially the mackerel and the beets. The soufflé was also outstanding. And the cocktail menu was really extensive and both of ours were great.

Notable mentions are the uni caviar tartlette, asparagus with sweetbread and SOUFFLE, of course. Cocktails to get are the martini crudite and the Chevalier Spritz! 2 thumbs up!
