Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: James Beard semifinalist chef Brian Kim has a star hidden inside a star. His MICHELIN-Starred modern Korean restaurant Oiji Mi hides an omakase-style counter in the back, bōm, which has its own MICHELIN Star. Here, 18 seats pull up to a bold black-and-white marble slab for a Korean tasting-menu experience featuring custom grills. About a dozen or more courses include Wagyu, king crab, fatty tuna, and other luxuries rounded out with refined versions of the requisite banchan and soup.

Special evening with excellent, unusual but really delicious food. But very expensive. It’s a wonderful experience for people who can spend as much as they wish.

Amazing experience! From the beginning to end, the food was fantastic. I was very stuffed at the end, so I’d recommend not eating lunch if you are coming for dinner. Came here to celebrate a graduation and it was very personalized. The staff were very attentive. We will be back!

The best food experience I have ever had. Every course tasted fantastic and was presented aesthetically. The service was impeccable, attentive, and spot on. The experience also was very welcoming and more “fun” than a traditional fine dining.

We had an amazing time with this dining experience. I am still thinking about the meticulously prepared and delicious food. The traditional wine pairing was beautiful paired. I enjoyed listening the backstory of the wines after each pour.

Everything about the experience at bōm was fantastic. The servers were so attentive and welcoming. The entire restaurant staff that helped and catered to us throughout was fantastic. The food was divine and the desserts were delightful. They even bought out a music box that played happy bday whilst a cupcake with a candle was presented to my brother. A truly lovely experience.
