   Nothing was mind blowing. One of the meat dishes was under seasoned, which is unacceptable for a one michelin star restaurant.

   Everything was outstanding - from the warm and friendly yet elegant and personalized service, to the food and drinks which not only were very tasty but very much a work of art as well

   Probably my favorite dining experience in NYC so far. Really consistent dishes with high quality ingredients, the only thing is I wished they had one or two more bites that were more exciting (less safe). Overall the meat quality and seafood freshness was amazing and the plating and deco were on point. Service was probably the best out of all the Michelin’s I’ve gone to so far at NYC.

   Amazing experience. Every course interesting and flavourful. Courses were timed well and despite having the Wagyu addition we didn't leave feeling overly full, as you sometimes can with multi course menus We did the Exploratory wine pairing and the 2 sommeliers were engaging and fun and clearly loved what they did. Definitely an expensive experience but we loved it

   We loved our dinner at Bōm. They were accommodating of a last minute cancellation of two of our guests and of one of our dietary restrictions. The food was unbelievable and the service was impeccable.

   Maxine and the entire team were absolutely amazing! We even had a new item they were testing out and everything was absolutely perfection!

    Celebrated my husbands birthday at BOM, definitely something even I was looking forward to! We were greeted warmly by the door, then led by our waiter to the back of the restaurant where the experience awaited. We were surprised to see a full house/crowded room on a week night but it was understandable given the reputation! Our waiter (and quite a few others while he was serving others) was very attentive and friendly, providing explanations and background history to all the dishes and the alcohol we ordered. There is also add-ons if you ever need more of the steak or caviar! There were also full of serving staff but most of the time they worked harmoniously to provide attentive service to the guests. Everything was as expected and more, and by the end of the experience they also gave my husband a small cupcake because of his birthday! Food and service overall are top notch, we’re grateful for the experience.
