The food was good and our service was excellent. We were disappointed because Open Table shows they do a Saturday and Sunday brunch which is not the case. They only do a breakfast until 11am. Our reservation was at 11am...however our server went to bat for us and we were able to still order from the breakfast menu. Would definitely repeat.

Bolero was a fun Valentines week experience, especially during the Pandemic.
All distancing and precautions were in place and we were seated on the patio area for a delicious dinner.
We started with a 3 cheese and Serrano ham appetizer with honey and almonds. And a Bomba Margarita , Followed by Jumbo sea Scallops and Pork loin and the Cauliflower, All were delicious and presented nicely.
The burnt orange Cheesecake was a great way to finish our meal.
The wait staff was friendly and prompt, and made suggestions on a few cheeses and wines.
We want to return with our adult sons to try the Paella and Tomahawk steak which take nearly an hour to order. Those around us who did seemed to be delighted with their dishes, and it smelled wonderful!
Pretty location in the Europa Village winery.

Gosh, everything was absolutely wonderful! The food - DELICIOUS & amazing options for my friend who is not easily impressed (she was floored & that is very difficult to do)! We got to meet the executive chef who was so kind & obviously very passionate. The atmosphere was perfection. Kaitlyn, our waitress was very attentive & when she wasn’t available others stepped in! Truly, so nice to see such great teamwork which resulted in a great sense of hospitality.

I was very impressed with the quality of the food and service especially since outdoor dining had only reopened 6 days prior. The food was good, I had the lamb which was yummy but I wish the hassle back potato had been larger, it was a baby potato, or they offered a bigger one as a side. My husband had the skirt steak which was delicious. The Brussel sprouts were a bit disappointing, they are cut to leaves , most of which were dry like kale chips. The asparagus was nice but the portion was tiny and covered with a gigantic brick of herbed butter that might have been lovely in a pat but was too much for the 4 Lilliputian asparagus tips. The burnt orange cheesecake and chocolate hazelnut torte were yummy, though the plate for the torta was too small, when I broke off a forkful more often it fell on the table, I don’t know why they didn’t use one of the lovely round plates my husband’s cheesecake was on, that slice was much smaller and looked minuscule on the big round plate. My coffee was very week as well. Other than these few tiny hiccups it was a great experience, I’m looking forward to returning especially as the weather is better.

I went there for my boyfriend’s birthday. There were two outdoor seating areas. Service was great. The tomahawk steak was just so delicious. My boyfriend liked their hazelnuts stout and I loved their sangaria also.
They gave us complementary really delicious chocolate mouse cake. I would love to go back there again.

I think the price of $7 for iced tea is ridiculous. A recent price increase was implemented. Never going to order that again. Our fried eggs were overcooked this time. Very slow service with only 2 tables in the morning. The atmosphere is nice and inviting.

The brunch was excellent, the menu was extensive with options for everyone. The service was incredible, our glasses were never more than half empty. We will definitely be going back!

Great visit for my husband's birthday. Wait staff were incredible. I don't recall our server's name but he was great. He was medium height with dark brown hair and very slim.
Great place and romantic too.

It was our first time visiting Bolero. We went for my wife’s birthday and we were not disappointed.

Beautiful place. Wonderful service. Food however, not impressed. The fabada was too thick (it is more runny than given. It looked like chilli). No black sausage is a downer. The croquetts with american cheese? (Yellow cheese) made it taste like a grillled sandwich. Drop de cheese or add in another white cheese.
We eat Spanish food often and my husband is from Spain :) But adored the place and service!!!

The grilled octopus and ceviche were definitely the stars of the show. I loved that you could do a wine tasting at dinner. All the wines were exceptional.

Everything was awesome . I just didnt like one thing. We were served water and the waitress came around to refill our cups from the same jar of water she was refilling all other guests and tables. With covid .. I did not find this measure safe , so I stopped drinking water .

It was a prefix price but well worth every penny. Our server Kristine was awesome. Wine selection was great! Definitely coming back!
