   The service could have been more attentive given that we were the only customers for most of the evening. However, the food was excellent and it's a great place to have conversation over dinner, very quiet. The two low points: the atmosphere was rather bleak. And I was sad to see Norman Hardie on the wine list, given the abuse he's dished out to women. That doesn't reflect well on the restaurant.

   One of the dishes was the special - pork chop which unfortunately was very tough - hard to cut with the knife.

   This was one of my favourite dining experiences I've ever had. My partner and I will be returning many times.

   Our server was really nice... but the quality and quantity of food provided was not impressive. We went during Winterlicious, willing to try out a new restaurant, but it was quite disappointing. There was an 'old' smell that lingered around which ruined my appetite. We ordered the smoked salmon for starters, the charred trout as main and brownie w/ ice cream for dessert. Our experience was okay... but we probably won't visit again.

   Came here for Winterlicious for dinner on a weekday. Food was the best part, atmosphere is fairly quiet and service was okay. Definitely more suited for a family style dinning than a date night or catch up with friends. Very similar to restaurants in the area

   We wee impressed with the menu, what we ordered was delicious, the services was very friendly, and the whole experience was very pleasant. In addition, it was good value.
