Food was EXCELLENT but we had THE Worst customer service. Our waitress didn’t come out to check on once during our entire meal and only came out when it was time for the check. We did order cocktails and wanted to order another round but the service was a complete turn off. The food was great though so I’ll make sure to order pick up from now on.

We wanted to like this place. Happening area of Wynwood. Service was slow but friendly. Unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible. We had one bite of an appetizer which tasted sour/bad. Definitely do not go here if you are expecting proper Asian American food.

Our last night of vacation in Miami Beach and we decided to spend it in Wynwood. We read about dining options and decided to visit Boketto as we read online that it was a unique concept and had over all good reviews. Our experience was unfortunately unsatisfactory in most every way. We were a party of four and secured an 8pm reservation. We were seated quickly and had a slow greeting by the only server working in the restaurant this Sunday evening visit. Was at least 15 minutes before he greeted us and we were then given water and were able to order our appetizers. First we ordered the shishito peppers (but they were out) so we opted for the Korean cauliflower (came back 10 minutes after saying they also did not have that so we then decided to forego appetizers). We ordered 4 dishes (4 ladies dining). My daughter ordered the grilled octopus and while she said it was very good, she was served 20 minutes BEFORE the other 3 of us so she had to eat in front of us and then had finished and had to watch us eat when ours FINALLY came to the table. It is simply unacceptable to serve one in a party so advanced of the remainder of the table. My sister has the Yakiniku Steak Bowl and the server come out to tell her they were out of rice for it so she said the vermicelli was ok, when the dish came to the table, it was on rice but it was both crusty and clumpy and the steak bits were all fat and gristly and visibly inedible and she was unable to even chew it. Our friend has the ceviche and said it was ok, certainly not the best but also not the worst. I ordered the Grilled Shrimp vermicelli and the shrimp were acceptable, certainly not grilled as the server even told us they don’t really grill they use an oven. The vermicelli was a sticky mass in the bowl that was not even a warm temperature and there was no flavoring or sauce in the bowl, sadly, the best part was the sliced cucumber as garnish. Service being minimal and management ineffective. Not recommended

I have never in my life been so disappointed in the food at any restaurant. We had the grilled octopus which wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t recommend it either. Yakiniku Steak Bowl was tasteless I must’ve had 3 bites tops .the vermicelli noodles were trash. We left all our food . It’s a shame because I would usually recommend a place that’s this cute for at least a drink but I ordered the lychee martini and it was straight lemon juice with a splash of vodka didn’t taste anything like lychee. Avoid this place !

Friendly service, menu looks delicious but the food was unimpressive. The causa was terrible, frozen. The buns were just okay. Has potential but needs to work on flavors. Overall disappointing, expected more.
