Had the salmon and it was excellent. Had a nice G&T with a new kind of gin I had never tried, also very good. Nice little place. A little pricey for what you get, but that's the fate of all NYC restaurants post-covid. I would recommend it!

My experience here was not very enjoyable. I wasn’t made aware that one side of the menu was unavailable until I tried to place my order. They do not sell sushi on Mondays so I was not able to get what I wanted to eat. Also, the sauces for the seafood boils were very watered down and soupy. The only upside is that the service was a 10/10.
Went here with my girlfriend and had a great time. It's always fun to put on a bib and dig in. The food was delicious, service was great, and it was a quiet environment during the day.

My Fiancée was craving lobster. My mom and her boyfriend wanted to take us out for dinner to celebrate our engagement. So I found this restaurant here on OpenTable.
The waitress was really patient with all the questions that our elderly dining companions asked, and the food came out very quickly. The seating area felt private and the tables were separated by plexiglass dividers because of covid, which is honestly something I’ve been really enjoying in all restaurants I’ve been to lately that have them.
We were all really impressed with the food quality. I’ve been to many seafood boils visiting my cousins in Maryland so i know how this stuff is supposed to taste, and it’s right on the money. I got the Triple Combo boil, three pounds of seafood, having forgotten just how much food was coming my way. It’s definitely enough for two people to share, but I took it home and I’m having leftovers tonight!
With the sushi menu closed off on Mondays, there weren’t many vegetarian options for my mom’s boyfriend but he ordered a bunch of sides and praised the green beans, saying they were perfectly done. So maybe don’t take a vegetarian here? Idk it’s a seafood place he knew what he was getting into. Oh yeah by the way they have a sushi menu.

Steamed crab waaaaaay over cooked. This is all they do and should be able to get it right. Disappointing.
Coming back from the pandemic. It’s a compact and lean space with a menu built around fresh seafood. Popular w locals. Very good seafood.
The food was BLAND. Definitely not worth the excitement you’d have for seafood. Also the crab legs were super overpriced. One pound for $32.

This was a minor treat for a school accomplishment. I usually give restaurants two chances, but I doubt we'll be back. The Boilery is a good idea, but they try to do too many things. They should probably stick to steamed seafood, but they have a sushi menu and other items as well. I had mussels, nieces tried sushi rolls and steak. Nothing tasted worth a 2nd visit. Cocktails were excellent.

We had reservations and still asked to wait for a table while watching another group of the same size be seated. The staff was friendly and apologetic, but seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. Food was average.

The food is awesome. The king and queen crab boil combo is the best and filling. It’s not a skimpy bag either like other places may give. The service was great even though it limited due to Covid-19. The waitress did her thing and very prompt or our needs!

Went in for the first time on a rainy Sunday night. Had a 7:30 reservation. Ordered the calamari to start. Rather tasty. Ordered two pounds of snow crab legs in the garlic butter! Let me tell you these were the prettiest and most delicious legs I’ve had in a minute! Date ordered the NY strip steak with garlic noodles and broccoli! Another win. Would definitely go again and explore other menu options.
Absolutely lovely service. All the people who work there couldn’t have been more welcoming or professional. It’s was a bit loud for us (we’re old). But for a younger crowd the music was good. A fun place. Not “fine dining” but definitely a great place to eat and have fun.
The food was very good, the service a bit slow, but THEY DON"T SERVE DESSERT! And they tell you the minute you walk in the door that you're limited to 90 minutes. It's a bit weird and off-putting. But it's really bizarre when the service is very slow. It took a good 10-15 minutes for them to take our drink order, then 10 more minutes for the drinks to arrive. And only then were we asked for our food order.

Perfect spot for a good seafood boil! Tables are well distanced inside and have covid friendly dividers between them. They give you plastic gloves to keep your hands clean so you can crack open and enjoy your crabs/crawfish/etc without bringing home smelly hands. The crab legs I enjoyed were full of delicious sweet meat and the shrimp soaked up the flavors perfectly. We'll definitely be back!
Glad The Boilery is back opened. Very clean, they have barriers so diners are spaced away from each other and you can feel the ventilation keeps fresh air in the restaurant. Food is good as always, plentiful and tasty. It is intimate and lovely for Date Night. Great place to dine on the Upper West Side, especially above West 86th Street.
Excellent service and food! Portion sizes were reasonable. The crab was much more meaty than I’ve had at similar style restaurants. The bibs and buckets were a nice touch. The indoor dining space is appropriately distanced and divided with shields where needed. The staff was amazing and our server, Johnny, made us feel so welcomed and appreciated as diners. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a 6:30pm reservation but our table was not ready and we were not seated until 6:55pm. Although food was delicious, service and management of was not not satisfactory. I will be hesitant to consider Boilery for time sensitive engagements in the future.
My boyfriend had a birthday - this spot was perfect. We hit during happy hour and had space to spread out, the food was great (if a tad on the expensive side) and the service was killer. Will definitely return

The food was very mediocre. The salmon came. It was a large piece but nothing else was on the plate and it didn’t look very appealing. We sent the shrimp back because it looked like it had been frozen and looked soggy. The noise level was unbelievably high. It was very hard to have a conversation.
