We walked about a mile to get to this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. This is a quintessential little two story establishment. The service staff and greeters were extremely friendly. I was glad we had a reservation as it was an extremely busy week in Dublin. The drinks were great, the bread and garlic was wonderful. The filets and frites were cooked perfectly and the desert was wonderful. The place was quite noisy, and while service was good, it was rather slow. Overall, we were really happy we chose to eat here. It was a good close to our evening.

A great experience. Wrote in the notes it was my boyfriends birthday and they brought a candle out in the desert and had everyone sing happy birthday to him

The food is the star of the show. Basic menu, yes, but that's the key here. Small menu choice but all food done to a really high standard. Very attentive staff and super friendly too. Even though the service is speedy and efficient you don't feel rushed. Great cocktails too, I had the Gin Bramble and it was absolutely delicious!

Was great food, simple menu was great and extremely tasty. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Pricing was great too.
