Myself and my wife arrived for dinner on the 6/7 at about 16.15 we were shown to our table where we had to wait about 10 mins before we received our garlic bread and then we had to wait about another 10 mins for our table to be cleared after our main meal when our dessert was served I asked a staff member for a spoon she went to get one but instead grabbed a cloth walked past our table and proceeded to clean another table I then asked another member of staff could I have a spoon and I received it.we have been to this restaurant before and found our experience excellent but this time around the waiting staff seemed more interested in standing around talking

Service between courses far too quick especially dessert. The restaurant was empty only 4 tables yet we felt like they were waiting on our table. It felt more like a fast food experience that wanted us in and out. I understand if the restaurant was busy but it was dead. One steak was overcooked. Staff were pleasant but no personal personality. They spend a lot time chatting to each other but no conversation with customers.

Unfriendly staff, I was left at the door waiting for someone to greet me while 4 staff including the hostess was talking an laughing between them I was ignored until I went over and asked where should I go she just wave her hand then I have to ask her again where should I sit. Waitresses never came to ask for a drink so my husband has to call someone to take our after 15mins waiting. Food was ok, very limited menu tho. Won’t go back again definitely

Very well looked after for a birthday party off 19 people the staff arranged the Cake to be brought out and great value for money, Anna the manager kept in touch with us before we arrived and had everything we requested in place

The food on this occasion was absolutely insane! Very fresh, chips were divine, well seasoned and the steak was so tender! Wow! We have been before and it didn’t taste as fresh and the steak was slightly cold - but it really was divine this time!
