    La qualité de ce qu’on y mange est excellente, la cuisson et la saveur des aliments est à point. Il y a une belle carte des vins. Le service est courtois et attentionné . L’ambiance est parfois un peu bruyante par rapport à certains groupes, mais le personnel veille à maintenir un niveau de bruit acceptable . C’est une table qu’il vaut la peine de fréquenter .

    Simon did offer great service but the kitchen or his team did not inform him about the menu ….. my wife ordered tuna … to find out they were out …and I ordered the dorale to later find out they were also out of. So we settled for beef tartare that was seemingly minced not cut and grilled octopus starter that they never offered to supplement….. but had already selected our wine on our first choice. If you are a seafood and steak restaurant to have half of your menu not available is pretty shocking and not offering to comp or increase the portion on a starter made for a pretty poor experience - unfortunately. This place has potential but the teams don’t talk to one another.

    Notre demande d’être prêt de la cuisine a été prise en compte. Les cocktails, le repas (filet mignon) et le dessert (gâteau aux carottes) étaient tout simplement délicieux. Nous avons été servi par David qui était jovial et souriant . Nous avons passé une excellente soirée comme a chaque fois. Merci a tout le personnel.

    Très bons service de la part de notre serveuse Séréna vraiment génial! Par contre la carte des vins mérite un rehaussement…. Oui ok plus de vin Américain mais un seul vin Canadien à 150.00 $ il y a plein de bon vin canadien et ce à un prix raisonnable… La carte des vins ne s’accorde pas avec le style de restaurant… Bouffe incassable , service super!     "Surf & Turf" signature : filet mignon 10oz grillé et crevettes, accompagné de légumes rôtis et sauce au vin. La viande, tendre et juteuse, presque indécent, crevettes grillées à la perfection…chaque élément semblait murmurer viens, goûte encore. Merci Boefish Sherbrooke, je reviendrai !

    Nice restaurant in Sherbrooke Ratio price/experience is a bit overpriced PROS: We had a great server and hostess. Very welcoming. Beautiful restaurant They know their steaks Nice red wine options Good place for business meetings The plates are hot CONS : The manager was a bit zealous. We could sit at one table but the table beside it was a firm no l! The reason was he had only one server so I guess the 2 feet difference was a problem! So I would suggest to go after 5:30 pm. The tuna from the tuna tartare is fresh but under seasoned and they prepare it too much in advance; the micro greens garnish are wilted. Even though the plates are hot the mashed potatoes and steak aren’t. But it was very tasty so we accepted it.

    The back of house was excellent. Food was exceptionally well done. The front of house needs to rise to this same level. We were a party of two, and the host sat us next to a large and loud party at a higher level table. This was an early seating and there were better options for two people than right next to a loud group. Shame because it would’ve been a great dinner.
