   Mélange incroyable des textures et saveurs ! Belles portions , servies à une parfaite température. Service attentionné, jovialité au rendez-vous. Le prix vaut le détour. Aucune hésitation à recommander le Boefish.

   Tout était correcte , sauf la nourriture que je n´ai pas trouvé fameuse pour une 5 étoiles. Jai pris du saumon, mais il était fade à mon goût C'est un peu trop chèr pour ce qui est offert. En ce qui concerne le personnel, il est sympa et courtois. C'était pour un anniversaire de mariage, mais à aucun moment ça était mentionné. A quoi bon d´avoir cet onglet dans vos choix pendant la réservation si on en tient pas compte.

   We came to Boefish as a celebratory thank you to our brother and belle-souer for all their help in setting up our new second home-condo in Sherbrooke. We had a delightful evening with impeccable and friendly service. Everyone's steaks and on person's salmon were prepared perfectly as requested. Side dishes were good and starters exquisite. We had excellent drinks and lots of attention from the friendly staff without feeling at all overwhelmed by it. We'll be back when we have other things to celebrate or just want a very good, very special dining experience in Sherbrooke!

   On a commandé un apéro. Après 20 minutes je me suis levée pour aviser la barmaid que nos apéritifs traînaient sur le comptoir et qu’on aimerait bien les avoir. Elle est venue nous les porter à notre table en disant que notre serveur était en meeting…On a précisé à la serveuse que mon ami avait demandé de la glace dans son St Raphaël et que moi je voulais des olives dans mon gin martini. Elle a repris les verres et les a complété. Finalement nous les avons reçu. Notre serveur est arrivé peu de temps après…

    Our waiter was outstanding. He helped us make good choices and was very attentive throughout the meal. The manager and rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The steaks were best choice for a main course. They were excellent.

    With the snow falling it was a beautiful night! I think the waitress was being a bit overwhelmed with the numbers of clients, we ordered our drinks, the food arrived before the drinks… and it was like that the entire evening. The table next to us wasn’t happy with their food and we heard everything… the waitress kept coming to take our empty glasses or or plates but didn’t ask if we wanted something in return! We had a couple of pieces of shell in our oyster, it’s really sharp so you have to be careful!

    Première expérience à ce magnifique restaurant. Notre serveuse était attentionnée ce qui a rendu le moment agréable. Nous avions un spectacle à 20h ce qui a précipité notre souper mais nous comptons y retourner pour savourer plus tranquillement.

    The whole experience was underwhelming. First, it took awhile before we were "allowed" to order since they had to show us their platter of raw meat and explain the different cuts. We did not want to see the meat. This is not art..it's meat. My filet mignon was one of the worst I have ever had. It was not a center cut as promised. It had fat and grizzle running through a large section of it, which was in not edible. My wife had Salmon. The fish itself was excellent, but the dish would have been much better if the fish was served with vegetables and potatoes instead of a huge portion of cold lettuce. All in all, a big disappointment for a restaurant that bills itself as a "Premium" steak and fish restaurant.

    Things started out well with us having driven 1,500 miles (2,850 Km) to be there; we were eagerly hoping to replicate an A+ experience from 3 years ago. We got seated behind the bar in the server/ bar/ wait staff area. We didn’t ask to be moved, but c’mon! Our waiter started strong but finished weak, we think he got overwhelmed with other guests as the night got busier. We ordered espresso for dessert, waited 30 minutes, and it never arrived, he never checked back… so we asked for the cheque… still have a 20% tip, but shouldn’t have. Wild mushroom ravioli was the best of the four things we ordered. Anyway, hope this helps. We want this place to succeed.

    Le personnel est trop pressé pour débarrasser les assiettes vides. On a à peine le temps de prendre la dernière bouchée que l'assiette disparaît. Aussi, nous avons mangé du poisson. Nous aurions apprécié de pouvoir le manger avec des ustensiles pour poisson (comme il y a des couteaux à viande pour ceux qui mangent de la viande).

    Bonjour ! Comme première expérience, nous avons été enchanté par la beauté des lieux, le look branché, la qualité de la nourriture (WOW) , l'attention de notre serveuse. Le son environnant était très bien ( musique pas trop forte, pas de résonnance dérangeante). Nous n'avons pas attendu longtemps pour recevoir nos plâts, quoi que nous n'étions pas pressés non plus ! Je recommande fortement ce beau restaurant !

    Big improvement, over the first time we went to Boefish restaurant in Sherbrooke 4 years ago. The two years of COVID had a devastating impact on the high end restaurants in Sherbrooke and many closed for good, or have personnel problems. In this environment we were well impressed with the food and service quality at Boefish restaurant in Sherbrooke. Definitely we recommend this place.
