Named after the spectacular port city on the Mediterranean’s Turquoise coast, Bodrum breathes some fresh air into the NYC’s Upper West Side with an ambitious, unique menu of Mediterranean food. With Turkish, Greek, Lebanese, French & Italian culinary influences (just to name a few), Bodrum places brick oven pizza next to mezzes, kebabs next to fish, finding a common thread that unifies Mediterranean cuisines.

Great ambiance, in this little restaurant. It looks tight, but once your seated it’s very cozy. We had great service throughout the night. I ordered the lamb stuffed in cabbage which was exceptional, and my date had a lamb kebab which was also delicious. I highly recommend this place, and will hopefully make it back soon.

I met a good friend for lunch and we had a very good experience. It was quiet enough to be able to talk, the food(shakshuka and pizza were lovely). The service was attentive and we did not feel rushed. Only downside was the decaf coffee was disappointing. I'd definitely come back again. Also I noticed a large group was there so I'll keep that in mind.

Tasty food, reasonably priced and right sized portions. Zucchini pancakes and pizza really stood out .

we went for a quiet new year's eve dinner. Surprisingly the restaurant wasn't terribly crowded and the noise level was moderate/quiet and made for enjoyable conversation. The service was friendly and efficient, the food was great, and overall it was a very nice evening in comfortable surroundings.

This small and appealing restaurant has a limited menu focused on Mediterranean/Turkish dishes, and if you choose well you can have a very good meal without breaking the bank. At a dinner with a friend recently, we shared a salad and a very decent bottle of wine, each of us had a reasonably priced main course, and the bill was less than $100. The place is low-profile and aimed at people — mostly locals — who actually want to talk to each other. There is nothing flashy or cool about it, nobody is drinking too much or talking too loudly. Service is friendly and well paced. Highly recommended if this description appeals to you.

We love Bodrum. A reliable, inviting neighborhood spot with dependable, delicious food. Good place to catch up with family or friends while enjoying a satisfying meal. My only issue is they give a tiny portion of rice with their meals. Just enough but not a grain more. Probably the more responsible way to eat but I do miss having more, especially because it is so good.
