Great local restaurant. Good food and service.

Babaganoush And their fresh baked bread are an awesome start to this experience. Moussaka is wonderfully scrumptious and comforting. Staff is friendly and accomodating!

Excellent brick oven pizzas. Tagines are delish. Nice choices for pescatarians, including soup and Branzino with pistachio nuts. Baklava was tasty.

We've eaten at Bodrum several times in the past 2 years & suggest it to friends as well. Staff and service always friendly and attentive.
Outdoor seating nearly doubles the size during pleasant weather. Menu has a nice variety of Turkish choices and smaller plates to start. Try the mezze sampler. Great mid-size brick oven pizzas (share or enjoy alone) and the Middle Eastern/Mediterranean atmosphere and flavors are always a pleasure.
Wine pricing runs high (esp bottles) which seems to be happening in many smaller or family owned places this year. They do offer a Monday night special on bottles with oder of entree. It is very popular with local families from the upper west side - children often included at tables, but nearly always well behaved. For well-prepared food in a friendly small taverna atmosphere, Bodrum is a great choice.

Delicious! A little bit noisy, but manageable! We come often and will continue to come back!

Nice spot for dinner, food is a nice mix. We shared a lot of different dishes, but the mains looked good too.

We came with our grandson in a baby stroller and the greeting waitress went out of her way to accommodate. us.

Food was really good, only disappoint was there were no grilled peppers to accompany the kofti which I thought was a bit odd.

Bodrum is a real find, with good food and pleasant service at reasonable prices (for Manhattan). The place is small (and so a bit too noisy), therefore reservations are recommended. It is nowhere near Broadway shows or Lincoln Center, but worth the trip. Not fancy, upscale dining, but solid fare.

Overall very tasty food. Couldn’t get enough of the lebne dip. Ambience was nice too.

Although a regular diner at Bodrum, this was my first visit for brunch. Menu provides regular Turkish delights along with a lovely Turkish spin on traditional brunch (eggs) fare. Food is always good, service is welcoming and attentive, ambience is relaxed and the homemade bread is to die for.

Taking a friend from out of town to dinner. She loved her Branzino and grilled vegetables. My lamb shank and couscous was very tasty. The Mediterranean salad was especially good.

The food was great, the waitress seemed a little bit off and not too friendly. They asked us if they could have the table at a certain time and we agreed but it made us feel less welcomed which I understand their side but still it’s not really necessary to say it. Definitely will come back for the food.

Bodrum is my go-to place for out of town guest and birthday celebration (and when I want a delicious meal).

We are regular customers and like to take visitors there. We always have a good experience.

We've eaten here at least once a month for years. The food is consistently excellent (the shepherd salad, pizzas, kebabs, stuffed cabbage, and fish dishes are fabulous!!), the service is always speedy and friendly, the ambiance is small but not over crowded, and the prices are very reasonable. You'll never be disappointed at Bodrum!

We don't know what happened! This is one of our favorite UWS restaurants, but given our meal from this past weekend, we're reevaluating and deeply 'concerned'. From start to finish, our dinner got progressively worse. We arrived 15 minutes after our reservation time due to unforeseen personal circumstances (yes, we should have called) and were met with a fare amount of arrogance by the hostess. We made light of it and opted, instead, to enjoy each other's company and an anticipated delicious meal. Well, the company was great, but the dinner not so much. Our appetizers were 'good'...spinach cigars, mucver, and a salad...but having had these many times before, they were simply not up to standards. We then shared chicken kabobs...totally overcooked and dried out...and the branzino, which was 'fishy' and simply very, very fair. Perhaps Bodrum in resting on their laurels...perhaps the chef was a sub or had a bad day...or perhaps this restaurant is on a decline. Regardless, we'll give it another shot and hope for the best. But it is a sign and not a good one.....

The food was delicious. In particular, the walnut yogurt tasiki was to die for! The service was attentive without being annoying or having to get their attention. Will definitely return!

You need to have air conditioning! It's way too hot in there with the oven on one side and the open doors to the rainy, humid weather.

Service was slow, which is unusual. But the food always excellent.

Always love this place. Been going for years, sometimes weekly (Monday is 1/2 price on wine!). Ambiance is pleasant, staff is wonderfully friendly, and food is consistently out of this world. If you don't go, it's your loss!
