They had 9:45 reservation available and they closed at 10pm. It was terrible. Why even offer that time if you’re going to rush me to sit down and order within 10 minutes. We literally sat down and within 20 min we had to get up abs leave because they closed. I love bodega canal but come on this is ridiculous. GET RID of the late reservation if you can accommodate it!!!

The food and ambience was good but the hostess was incredibly RUDE.

We went for the all you can eat tacos on Wednesdays however, we were served a tray with tortillas, ground beef, and toppings. All of our Apps were amazing though & so we’re the passion fruit margs

The food was really good! I was scrolling for a place to take a few friends on a Saturday night...i never heard of Bodega Canal before, but I’m glad I tried it. There was a minor mixup with the order and the serve and kitchen corrected it quickly. Overall, I can’t wait to go back. Thanks so much!

We had a great evening celebrating my daughter’s birthday! The drinks were very good and the food was wonderful and reasonable.

Great restaurant!

Food was good, drinks as well. Not amazing but definitely above average. Service wasn’t that great. Apps (guac) and food (tacos) all came out at the same time without asking us. We were never told the kitchen closes at 11 yet the waitress knew prior that we wanted dessert.

The hostess was very rude. Other than that, loved the food and drinks!

Great restaurant! I enjoyed the ambiance and music. Only downside is the limited time to an hour and a half due to COVID.

My boyfriend and I went here for an early NYE celebration, the atmosphere was great! We still felt comfortable regardless of the COVID-19 protocol. Delish food! Hope to be back soon.

We had a reservation and called ahead to let them know we'd be 15 minutes late and asked Is to be able to hold the table. They said yes. When we got there the hostess didn't even look up at us for a good 2 minutes. We were clearly standing there waiting to be seated and she didn't even acknowledge our presence RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. Finally, she let us know they gave away our table. after talking to us on the phone , SHE THEN asked her manager who told her they wouldn't hold the table. We were pretty upset and so they gave us a non-table near the staff and kitchen. It was clearly not a guest table. More like a bedside table. It hadn't been wiped down, they didn't give us silverware or napkins. And the server kept forgetting about us. We asked her to wipe down the table and she never did.

The food was overpriced, and the drinks were not what was promised on the menu. We won't be going back.

Amazing service and food

my gf and i were placed in their basement where no other customers were seating and facing a corner by the stairs to the bathroom. the hostess did not make any effort to make our experience better after asking, and we left. HORRIBLE new years experience.

Our waitress, Krista, was amazing!! I cannot say enough nice things about her. Will definitely be back!

Food was bland and lacked seasoning. Menu is very short with minimum options besides tacos or bowls which were over priced. Very noisy as well.

The tables were very very far apart, which made me more comfortable to take off my mask and enjoy my time. The food and drinks were phenomenal. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

Not great for a date- loud , dark, vibes were a lot. Felt like a good place for a girls night since we were surrounded by friends looking to have a night out.

I can’t speak highly enough about the $9 taco special on Wednesday’s. It’s all you can eat including all of the accompaniments, chips and a delicious salsa assortment. The quality of the meat is outstanding and the portions are great! Plus it’s endless so you can have as much of whatever you like. Highly recommend the chicken and veggie- combines to make the perfect taco.

We were seated at an insultingly bad table. Asked to move and it took 40 minutes. Our table was next to the bathrooms and each of us faced a wall. They did move us, and were apologetic. The food is average and is standard for any local Mexican but the margs are good. Overall, your local suburban Mexican place is better.

If I could give this place negative stars I would, it’s basically a night club not a restaurant. Only late night menu after 10 pm. Terrible service.

It was tucked away on an otherwise dead street. The decor was awesome and the vibe in the place was great. The food was tasty and so were the margaritas. But the drinks were extremely overpriced for the size. Service was below average, but the server was nice. Quite possibly may go back for their promotion nights.
