Bocelli kitchen and wine bar

I am a regular diner at this restaurant and each time I dine there I leave happy and full. The menu is small but delicious. I highly recommend the mushroom arancini balls as a starter and chicken cacciatore for main course. I unfortunately had no room left for dessert. The other members in my group also enjoyed all their dishes. Wine list is very good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent as usual. Also I’d like to mention that all COVID protocols were in place and we felt safe at all time. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Bocellis is a really good restaurant with top class food and service. The head chef interacts with customers and staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Have been many times and always consistently good. Hope to be back soon!

Ate there last Sunday, had a reservation, first time there. Waitress brought us to a table , directly in front of access to kitchen area. I asked could we be seated elsewhere, as there was many other vacant tables, but she said no. Very unhelpful to say the least and spoilt the occasion. Food was very good, but will not be returning.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was sublime; all three courses. The only slight criticism was some people were waiting a little while for tables, but I put this down to ridiculous Covid restrictions rather than the restaurant. The service once seated was fantastic.

Good food. Girlfriend had a perfectly cooked steak, and I had lasagne with garlic bread. Lovely setting although slightly chilly. Service was top-notch.

Had a late lunch for four on a busy Saturday afternoon. Brought to table quickly with plenty of social distancing and Covid restrictions in place. Very friendly staff, took orders efficiently and food delivered in good time. Very nice food, well presented and as ordered. Overall good value for lunch, our waitress was exceptionally pleasant & attentive. Would recommend and will re visit for dinner when next in Cork.

I dined at Bocelli at lunch time on their first day reopening after lockdown. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the food, service and atmosphere were all great. They couldn't do more for us, it was a great experience. I can't wait to go back.

Very good experience at this restaurant. The wine was great. Good size portions, food was nice. Service was amazing. The only small negative I can saw was the roasted rosemary potatoes were neither roasted or had rosemary on them. But overall 8/10

A real hidden gem in Cork City, but I’d say not for much longer! I had the mushroom arancini starter, penne al filetto main and a lovely bread and butter pudding for dessert! Very reasonably priced and excellent service. Open kitchen is great, you can see your food being prepped right in front of you. Would highly recommend, be it eating in or take away, amazing food!

From making last minute changes to the number of diners and changing the time of our booking, I can't find anything to fault.

Gorgeous Italian food in a lovely restaurant. Penne Gamberetti & Tag Prestige absolute favourites but everything is delicious. Tiramisu is very light & delicious.
