I had never been to this charming restaurant before. Unfortunately, I was there during the blackout in NYC, but fortunately, we had just finished our meal when it happened. There were candles on the table so we could still see, but the air conditioning went off, of course, so we had to pay our bill and head out. The food was yummy, and service was nice. I'd definitely recommend it. It's a lovely neighborhood restaurant in Hell's Kitchen.
As always, excellent service, amazing food, and great ambiance. Love this place. The only thing better than dinner is the Sunday brunch😍
Excellent overall except air conditioning was leaking and various seats at table were rained on!
Great lil spot that wont break the bank . Great wines from italy, would recommend.
My Reunion with a sibling after 30 years was made special because of this restaurant. The wait staff were so caring and attentive! One of my fav Italian eateries in NYC.
Consistently reliable quality of food and service. Pasta dishes were delicious. I went with teens and my generation and another one. We all enjoyed.
Friendly staff, engaging. Pride weekend, so the restaurant was festive and featured good music along with ample drink and food options at reasonable prices.
Food was very good, wine reasonably priced and service was friendly. Only rating 4 out 5 due to poor ambiance - the air conditioner dripped on me throughout my meal and the music was too loud and pretty terrible.
Good food and service. Not great, but solid. Staff is well intentioned. I’d go back.
We had a lovely dinner there last week. Food and service was amazing!
Great food in a lovely environment.
The restaurant accepted a reservation although it was closed. We called the number several times to no avail. We had to go somewhere else.
Faboulous food and service great neighborhood vibe and reasonable prices in manhattan
The truffle fungi flatbread is to die for
The restaurant is very pretty and well located, the food was fine, but the noise level was way too loud to conduct a conversation.
Always a fabulous meal and excellent, attentive service. Chilean seabass is a must. Gorgonzola penne was fantastic.
Enjoyed it--good menu. Excellent pastas--good, friendly service. Lively inside but nice ambiance.
Bocca di Bacco was a wonderful surprise - chosen originally because of the location and the note that it has an extensive wine list. The service was superb with very friendly staff. The food was excellent and not crazy huge portions either. The wine was served at the perfect temperature and you are spoiled for choice. We went on a Tuesday evening expecting it to be quiet but it was very busy, which is a testament to how good the place is I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Scott our server was spot on! We had a large group on a Monday night and he did a fantastic job with us. The food was awesome. and the value was right on! Well worth it to go there with a large or small group for sure. Ask for Scott too!
The food wasn't up to usual standard and the service was slow.
Table beside us sent back a shrimp dish that smelled so bad we couldn't believe it was sent out from kitchen
I moved here from the East village and was very picky since I was spoiled with authentic restaurants for so long but Bocca di Bacco is a winner! amazing food, great ambiance and staff is great. wine is the way to go at this place.
We are clients and we always enjoy go fir dinner and invite our friends
Dinners were sub par. There were 3 of us dining and only one entree was decent which was the tortellini. I would not dine here again.
Great food. Great service
The food was outstanding! The Chilean sea bass was perfectly prepared. Salads and appetizers were yum. I would definitely go back again!! Highly recommend!!
It was wonderful. My girlfriend and I love Bocca di Bacco when we are craving Italian food. We invited friends for a celebration and it was great. Wine selection is superb and the food is always mouth watering.
Great food. dJ spinner for Sunday brunch is toooooo loud.
It was a better place than I expected! Food was great, the scenery was just beautiful. Definitely would recommend
Very nice, good service
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend eating here. I wish this restaurant was closer to where I live, because I would more often.
Great Italian - great for everyday or special occasions. Harder for large parties as it is very loud, but the food and service are fabulous!
Great food, great service overall a great night!
The food was served in a timely manner and the staff seemed very attentive to all their guest.
loved it! great food and great attentiveness by the staff. Clean and welcoming!
Service and food were both exceptional.
This was my 4th time to this restaurant. Food is delicious as ever. I’ve been to their other location which is also excellent. I love the grilled octopus. Best I’ve ever had.
First time there @ this location....awesome food & service. I will be back!
It took well over 45mins before entree was served. The food was ok. The ambiance is lively and the restaurant was fairly crowded.
Excellent food and wine options. Great ambience and good interaction with the staff of the place. I been there a few times and i always come back for more. Thumbs up
Ended up booking a table for 7 the day before a friend came to visit NYC. Got a great table near the front of the restaurant. The waiter was really attentive but also not intrusive, and food was great!
