Great waitress. Attentive staff. Delicious homemade pasta. Professional bartender. Unfortunately we got the table between the wait staff basement entrance and a very loud table of girlfriends. It’s a bad table. Ask to be moved if it’s offered to you.
Great food, service, price! We were seated in a good spot. Good selection of food to choose from.
Great food, reasonably priced and great service. Nice wine list / selection. What else can you ask for! Will return and recommend to others.
The restaurant had no a/c
It was extremely hot
Servers were a disaster
I’ve been here many times and always have enjoyed it but found the DJ’s music at Sunday brunch excessively loud, especially when accompanied by a baby who didn’t stop screaming at the top of her lungs throughout. I’m all for a fun brunch with a DJ but it was to the point where my husband and I gave up on trying to have a conversation.
The staff at this location was amazing. The bolognese was delicious.
This was our first trip to New York and we just love the Hells kitchen area. We had eaten there the night before at another restaurant and wanted to come back to the area. We did some research and after looking at the menu decided on this restaurant. We loved everything about it! The manager or owner, we weren’t sure if he was one or both, was very attentive to all that was going on in his restaurant. That was impressive! It was a little noisy, but what else would we expect in New York City!
It was great
Had a great lunch before the theater. Lively music for Sunday Brunch
Delicious brunch, lunch and dining experience. We’ve been here a few times and always enjoyed it.
My husband and I each had a delicious dinner at Bocca di Bacco after seeing a movie at Landmark Theatre on 57th St. We had never been there before and selected it for its walking distance from theatre. Once there, we were disappointed that the noise level was so loud...it's something we try to avoid. That being said, it was about 9:00 pm on a Friday night so I guess it's to be expected. Our meal was outstanding though. We shared a warm vegetable salad, I had halibut and he had pasta. Everything was delicious and the staff was friendly. We said we'd come back but at an early time and not on a weekend.
I love the charm of this restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious!
Delicious past and kind servers. Loved this place!!!
The food was excellent and they moved the dinner at a good pace - not too fast but not too slow as we had theater tix.
Really nice place enjoyed my time
There but it was a little loud for a date but great spot with friends and great atmosphere.
Fun place for Sunday Funday. Had a DJ that was doing a great job.
Service was great but food was bland and didn’t feel very fresh
Good food great service table is too tight to enjoy a peaceful meal
We were kind of warm towards the back of the restaurant where we were; the doors in the front of the restaurant were left open for ventilation. We would have preferred some AC that night. Otherwise, the food was outstanding, although the waitstaff didn’t clear the tables attentively.
I’ll be back for the food, but they need to work on a few things.
They did not have two items (salmon, sea bass) on the main menu, which were our choices. After order was placed we were informed the items were not available. The meals we ordered and received were mediocre. I would not return
Una buena opción si andas en esta zona
We loved the whole experience! Thank you!
The food here was great, and was very surprized how generous the portion of each food was. Also, the waiter had good knowledge on each menu item, as he gave us great ideas on what to order. I have been to many italian restaurants in NYC, but I can surely say that this is one of the best bang for the buck.
Perfect service from time we walked in. Great Bocca salad and fettuccini with meatball added. Constant attention
Brought 4 friends with me after seeing a show down the street. The food was excellent and the portion size was absolutely perfect without needing a wheelbarrow to take us out. The service was good in the beginning but suffered as we were finishing our meal. Took over 30 minutes to get a check (waitress was watching basketball and on a laptop at the bar). The other issue was the heat and humidity in the restaurant. It had been a warm day and we were dressed for the opening night of a show. No A/C on and little air circulation.
The service was impeccable. The food was was delicious. I will return on my next trip back to New York.
Had an amazing lunch with friends. We not rushed even tho we can gab on for ages. As always the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The service is solid and the waiter was gorgeous.
Great food at this Hell's Kitchen Italian, but things went awry when our waitress ended her shift before our dinner was served and apparently everyone else forgot?? Manager was only mildly helpful and didn't seem to recognize that a 30 minute gap with no entrees and no service was a problem.
Too bad as the food was quite good and reasonably priced for NYC.
This restaurant was amazing. The food was delicious and there were so many choices - perfect for any type of eater AND there are like 30 or more different wines by the glass. Atmosphere was lovely - a definite find!
Consistently great food, warm customer service, nice decor. Only two downsides are the noise level and how closely seated you are to other tables, it's hard to hold a private conversation.
I really enjoyed this place! The staff was very kind and accommodating for my family member with limited mobility. Although It's a tight spot, it's definitely worth it for the excellent flavors. A great find and I would definitely go back!
Went to this restaurant for date night with my s/o. Great menu and atmosphere. I am Italian and definitely would rate the food as authentic. Wine list is extensive and the staff was warm and friendly. Inside it is moderately loud but has a very nice cozy and warm vibe. Everything was delicious! Would definitely recommend!
Perfect spot for our family celebration! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you Nunzio!
I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and quality of food. I was looking for a quiet restaurant to meet a friend I hadn’t seen in some time. Although not dead quiet the noise level was reasonable and possible to have a conversation.
We noticed the portions were large so we shared spaghetti with clam sauce which I haven’t had in years and it was delicious. We also shared a kale salad with pear and goat cheese also very good. The side order of broccoli rabe was perfectly sautéed with garlic. Our waitress was very well versed in both the food and wine. They had a nice assortment of Italian dishes from many areas although the owner is Sicilian.
Great entrees and desserts at reasonable prices.
Always good. Warm service, noisy, but can still converse.
Let me say- it was amazing. A pleasure to pay for great food and great service. I loved Scott! He Made us feel so welcome. We will all be coming back-thank you.
What a rare fond to get incredible and authentic Italian food served with charm, impeccable service and also be so delicious. From salad, to entrees, to dessert. Everything was perfect. This will be a meal I will mention to any and all friends that may find themselves in the area.
Wonderful food my second time this year and i live in Florida!!!!
