It was an awesome experience. I live about 10 miles away and had forgotten how much I enjoy downtown Louisville options. My first time to the Omni but it will not be my last. The steak dinner was great, the Brussels sprouts were superb. Everyone was so customer oriented even the valet parking attendant!

The service was excellent. My sister, who is blind, and I eat here recently. The server interacted with her directly and looked her rather than looking to me. This is very unusual because the majority of the time, servicers are not accustomed to assisting the blind and do not know how to interact. I was very appreciative of this. In addition, the food was excellent. This is the third time I've eaten at this restaurant with I've visited Louisville and I will continue to do so!

Steak was phenomenal! Cooked perfectly and loved the crust the sear gave! Calamari and Shrimp cocktail were very good! Sides that are “shareable” were small for sharing and the price, but everything tastes great. Not a cheap meal, but you get what you pay for!

Second visit to Bob's at Omni. We have dined there before precovid for an anniversary dinner and was so impressed with the level of enthusiasm from the waiter and suggestions along our food journey that I wanted to go back and celebrate this year's valentine's day. Food was delicious but that one thing that I was coming back for the server staff over the top excitement and her own personal recommendation of things was deflated to a normal sit down restaurant experience. She was good and that energy was almost matched by other servers at other tables. I enjoyed the food but a third visit will be hard to say yes to for the experience I was after.

Everything was absolutely delicious. We had the double porkchop, with skillet potatoes with peppercorn gravy. The portions are very generous. We then had the key lime pie for dessert and it didn’t disappoint either. This will be one of our go to’s for a night out in the future. Oh, the owner wants there to be veggies on the table so there are fresh pickles on every table for nibbling….so quirky! We loved it.

Service was great, my wife had the Crab cakes & Brussel sprouts & said they were really good. My ribeye was ok. Too pricey for the cut of meat I got & drinks were $$$ as well

Excellent service staff and low lighting ambience great for a special occasion or romantic date. However, the food and drinks were noticeably different than previous visits and not for the better. I’m surprised in this lapse of consistency. The pasta was drowned in sauce making it unenjoyable, our steaks were served room temperature on the cusp of going cold, and the cocktails were unbalanced. It seemed like there was a change in the kitchen and behind the bar since our previous visits.

This was my first time eating at Bob’ and I was impressed. The food was great! It was also the best fine steak house value I’ve seen. I will return.
