Our server, Tamara, was AMAZING. She was so kind and helpful to my autistic son. Bob’s should be proud to have her and do whatever it takes to keep her.

Very expensive for what you got served. Overall was ok but wouldn’t recommend as so expensive and we were still hungry after meal. Could have eaten more for less money
For the price of the meal I found it very disappointing. The steak itself was cooked pretty well however, the whole dish was coated in salt. The rest of the dish was below average and again over salted. The menu stated the meal would come with a sauce, it didn’t. To be quite frank the whole experience was terribly disappointing, and a complete waste of our time and money! The only redeeming feature was the fact the restaurants was near our hotel.

We had an excellent meal! The best steak I have ever tasted!!! They were so polite and made our experience enjoyable. They also surprised my son with a piece of cheesecake for his birthday. He felt so important. It is a must to eat here!

Bob's was awesome and so were the workers. What wasn't awesome was that Open Table allowed me to make a reservation at 4pm when dinner room didn't even open until 5pm.
Recommend Bob's but Open table needs to get their act together!

We had a great time and the food was perfect. It was Valentine’s Day dinner and we had an option for a $250 prix fixe menu. Only suggestion- we weren’t able to view prix fixe menu until we arrived- wish we could have seen it before and I think it would have been better for restaurant as the menu was a great option and we loved it!
We spent our Valentine’s evening at Bob’s. The food was amazing. The special menu was more than we could eat. They offer a great wine selection. Our service from our waiter and all the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to create a great evening.
I have been to Bob's in Fort Worth many times and I was disappointed with Bob's in NYC.

I started my dining experience at Bob’s Steakhouse in August of 2019.
I must tell you, it has gotten better with each visit-with the latest being last night Jan 10, 2020
The service, food and drinks are excellent.
I like how cozy, relatively intimate, but peacefully corporate the place is —yet it is nestled in the middle of a rather busy city.
Price point is reasonable and the portions are huge—I would die for a slice of that homemade Chocolate Cake! That cake is simply delicious-hands down!
Keep up the good work and continue to impress your customers—we will help with word of mouth advertising as best we can.

The dining room was VERY cold and even though we mentioned it , it didn’t improve. The bread was not sliced and no knife was provided. There were bread plates but no butter knives. Our salads were tasty but both steaks were very grisly and chewy. My baked potato was rock hard on the inside. The waiter graciously replaced my potato and the manager did not charge for my steak. Since this was a chop house , we expected tender , tasty steaks. The waiter was attentive and professional. We would stay at the hotel again but never come back to this restaurant.

We were in NYC for New Years and had high hopes for a wonderful meal. Those hopes were completely dashed. We had over $300 in food and drinks for three people, which was about what we had expected, if not a bit on the cheap side for this occasion. We had prime rib and a filet, plus a 16 ounce ribeye. The prime rib was very good. The filet was very good. The rib eye was too tough to cut and certainly not edible and left on the plate. When our waiter (Jimmy Mui) asked about our food, I stated what you see above. His only comment was “I guess you won’t be eating here anymore!” No apology, no concern, no offer to make our experience better, regardless of any credit for a $50 steak that was not edible. So, I guess Jimmy was correct. We will not be eating there anymore, nor recommending Bob’s. Thank you Jimmy for your lack of concern and thank you Bob for cheap quality. You can keep the carrot!

We enjoyed our Christmas lunch and enjoyed professional service from everyone, from our friendly, caring and efficient hostess to the waitstaff.
The food is terrific and well prepared. In honor of the day, we had dessert and my banana nut bread pudding with vanilla ice cream was perfection.

I definitely would have made this five stars but had a bad experience with the host when I walked in. He was not friendly at all. Told him I had reservation and all he did was look down at computer. Did say a word of welcome and said follow me. The place was not crowded at the time but he brought me to a small table against the wall. Never offered to take our coats. I had to ask toy have my winter coat hung up. Worst welcome I have ever received at a restaurant like this. Now the server and food was excellent. Had the best tomahawk steak every. I will definitely go back but hopefully the host gets better training.

Does not live up to our regular expectations of Bobs...Extremely noisy bar area inside restaurant. Server/Waiter must have been brand new and untrained. Tables extremely close together. Half of my wife's fillet was nothing but gristle and uneatable. Way over-priced, even for NYC, but convenient to the hotel (OMNI). Manager did Comp the steak as we could not wait for another to be prepared. All in all a very disappointing Anniversary dinner...eaten at other Bobs and had great experiences.
Everything was great! I love the jar of pickles on the table. They bring a loaf of hot, fresh bread. The main course—I had surf and turf—was delicious! Probably the best steak I’ve ever had! Dessert was huge and yummy! Jimmy was a fantastic waiter. Thanks for a great meal; we’ll be back!

First time and it will definitely be a tradition. Everything was great. The drinks were to die for. Hand stuffed olives for my Martini. The appetizers were delicious, yes, even that pickle. Hope to return soon.

I didn’t expect Bobs Steak and Chop house to be as amazing as it was. Everything was wonderful including the drinks. The service was wonderful. The seating was excellent... not crammed together as at some other NYC restaurants. Everyone in our party of 5 loved it.

We were greeted warmly and our server was very friendly. However there were two miscommunications that caused confusion and lowered expectations. First my partner and I both heard from our server that tonight’s fixed price Thanksgiving Day dinner was the only item available, *not* anything from the regular menu. When I commented that I didn’t understand why we were given the regular menus he then said it was if we wanted an item other than turkey. After confusion on our part he clarified all items were available. Secondly, I am sure I saw that a piece of pumpkin or pecan pie was part of the fixed priced turkey dinner. Our server very quickly said “negative!” I may be wrong but felt embarrassed for asking. From our server’s point of view he may have thought I was asking for a free handout. Otherwise the food and service was great.
