Great evening with excellent food and service. I do not recommend the mushrooms but everything else we had was fantastic!

Everything was delicious, the pace of each course perfect! It had been a long time since we'd been to Bob's, we'll be back soon.

Food was so delicious. Staff was excellent. Manager even came by and made small talk. Ended up comping the appetizer and drinks. Will be going back the next time I am in town.

We hadn’t showered in 3 days due to the winter storm. We lucked into a hotel that night and decided we deserved a nice dinner after the week we went through. Excited doesn’t begin to describe how we felt. We hadn’t been out to dinner in over 4 months, so this was a treat.
From the moment we sat down we were on cloud nine. The food, service, atmosphere, and conversation was exactly what we needed.

I wasn’t a big fan of the food, for the ambiance I thought the food would be significantly better.

I have eaten here many times and have always had wonderful experiences. Our waiter, John (I believe), was attentive, friendly and engaging. Both my friend and I really enjoyed our conversation with John. He provided a very enjoyable experience and excellent service. The food was great as always and the lamb lollipop app was particularly delicious.

The service was great. However the food was as disappointing to say the least. Two $70 Steaks were cold and lobstertail lukewarm. And Food took over 1.5 hrs to get to table even though restaurant was not busy at all. Manager came by to ask how everything was and we didn’t say a word and just had everything boxed up to go. It was a birthday dinner and not near the Bobs experience we’re used to.

Really disappointed as Bobs has been my favorite restaurant for over 20 years now since I was a regular on the original location on Lemmon Ave in Dallas.

The food, service, and ambience are all fantastic and align well to the theme and profile of the restaurant as a Chop house. The steaks are very well prepared and 100% on the mark for desired level of cooking temperature. Every employee I passed or engaged was very kind, courteous, and ready to deliver an excellence experience.

As many people note, this is not an inexpensive venue and that is fine given the quality of the steaks, sides, and desserts.

Whether the value proposition is there, I think will depend on your personal perspective. If money is the primary concern, Bob's is a destination you will want on your list.

Another fun great evening at Bob’s! We loved our waiter, Clarence and his suggestions for the table.

Unfortunately our experience at Bob’s was very different from past times. Our crab cake appetizer came out cold after waiting a while for it. My cosmopolitan had a bug in it which they graciously offered to make a new one. The steak wasn’t prepared properly charred on the outside and rare on the inside.
The restaurant ended up comping the crab cake and cosmopolitan and gave us free dessert to go. Not the best night.

Everything was amazing

Excellent birthday dinner for our son's tenth birthday. Our server, James, made the evening special for all of us. The food was excellent. All around a wonderful evening!

Food was not all that great for the price we paid. Waiter never checked on us i was waiting to get a refill on my tea which never happened thank God I had a glass of water.

One of our absolute favorites. Our son loves steak. Bob’s is at the very top. Shout out to Big Dan! Best waiter! We love him! Food is always perfect!

Service was great! Food was wonderful! I had filet and bisque, husband porterhouse and wedge. Shared a carrot cake! Best steak we have had in a while and we eat out often!

We had a girl's night out and enjoyed everything! Our waiter was very helpful and accommodating. He even called shortly after we left as I'd left my credit card.

We went to Bob's for our Christmas Eve festivities, and it was amazing as usual. We had the fried lobster tail appetizer, and split a filet. So good! I always forget they serve it with a carrot as big as your forearm. I never remember to ask if I can get something else, b/c I'm not a huge fan of carrots and I'm sad that I leave it behind every time. Our service was also amazing as usual. Can't go wrong at Bob's.

Bob has become an annual tradition for us and we can't wait until our next Christmas Eve dinner to celebrate. (We'll probably end up there before then LOL). This year Nate our server was exceptionally bubbly and such a joy to interact with. We loved the covid compliance the restaurant offered and felt very safe with out feeling different.
Thank you to the Gm and staff for making it another great year (considering covid and all).

I highly recommend Bob's as my husband and I dine there about once a month. The food is always amazing and the wait staff are courteous, engaging and friendly.

Great Food, great service, absolutely recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried.

Only concern was you would see some customers walking from their table to the bathroom or bar or leaving without wearing their mask.

The restaurant's covid protocol did make us feel secure on entry, and even the table distribution was great. Only concern were the few patrons who maybe had a little too much and forgot to put the mask on when they got up to roam.

Awesome experience. Our group was in Austin all week eating out and this was definitely the best meal. Steaks are top notch and the baked potato is unbelievable!

Excellent Service; get the lobster

the waiter was very knowledgeable and gave great service. Food tasted great!

Food was great as well as the service.
We were disappointed in picking a bottle of wine. The first 5 wines we picked were no longer available.

Had rather a disappointing meal and experience at Bob's. I started with the half size portion of the wedge salad. While it was basically fine, it was fairly drowning in the dressing. A lighter touch with dressing would be far better and provide a more refreshing and balanced salad.
The main trouble came with the steak. I ordered the NY strip steak, medium rare. I took a couple of bites and simply couldn't eat any more because it was so heavily salted/seasoned. In addition, it was about the toughest steak I've ever had. My waiter immediately took away the plate when I commented on the saltiness and shortly brought a replacement. He said that they do salt the meat heavily, but had the new piece lightly salted. Well, the replacement basically had no flavor except for a strange sweetness, which may have been the sauce from the glazed carrot. I did lightly salt the meat myself, but again, no flavor and every bit as tough as the first attempt. When you're paying a substantial sum for a hunk of meat, it should be tender and should have enough flavor on its own without excess seasoning. Very disappointing.

Great service. Great food. Would highly recommend to anyone.
