   The servers were nice. The pace of things was very slow even though it wasn't busy. The food was boring. It was overpriced for the quality. I love classic steakhouses, but this one is still trying to ride on the name.

   The restaurant is pretty rundown. Steaks were excellent. Sides were okay. The food took a long time to come out. They didn’t have a few of the whiskeys our group wanted that was on the menu. Overall experience was only okay at best. For the amount of money we paid, definitely expected more.

    We have dined here at least a half-dozen times in the past, but this was our first visit in at least five years. The food could not have been bettered, but the portions are enormous, which we did not recall from previous visits. My wife and I split an entrée and left a few bits on the plate as we finished. The wine list is not extensive, and the wines they do have are quite pricy. The service was excellent, and we had a waiter who had not served us previously, but told us that he had been there for nearly 20 years. All in all, it was nice to be back, and we will visit again in the future.

    Valentine's it is not. Reservations and seated 10 minutes after arriving. No service for 20 minutes after seating so left the restaurant. Crowd was not trendy or dressed for success--touristy vibe with casual jeans and sweatshirts. And, the prices did not reflect an ambiance worth purchasing. Never got to the food so the risk is up to you!

    The service on Saturday was terrible the food take to long to arrive and some of my guest did not get all of their food that they order so they just cancel the forget food because they just did what to wait any longer for the food don't no what the problem was but this was our first time at this restaurant and was not impress at all with the service

    Had a great experience here with our Groupon. The restaurant is lovely and the service was friendly and accommodating. The shrimp cocktail is not to be missed. 4 large wonderfully fresh shrimp with 2 different dipping sauces. We each had filet mignon and it was tender and tasty. The side dishes were plenty to share for 2. The desserts were superb especially the chocolate mousse cake. I repurchased the Groupon immediately after dinner.

    Steak not cooked as requested. Not worth the money. Service ok,but we did feel bothered by the person refilling water constantly. Also the waiter was nice enough, but a bit dismissive. At a place that upscale, I wouldn't expect regular cheap maraschino cherries in a Manhattan. The little touches were missing and made the experience feel overpriced.

    Excellent service! The steak and lamb chops were both overcooked (we ordered medium rare and they came well done….no pink at all) and the dessert was just okay. The Brussels sprouts were great! The quality of the food did not match the price, but the service was excellent and very attentive.

    The one thing that stood out was there was meat in the house salad with shrimp and meat was not listed on the menu. Some form of bacon or cured pork. A lot of small chunks. I wished I had sent it back and got a simple salad with grilled salmon on it. Don’t like when ingredients are not listed. I asked if there was any dairy and the waiter said no, which was good since I’m lactose intolerant. I generally don’t eat meat and never thought of asking since it appeared to be a healthy salad.

    Thought it would be a little more busy we arrived a little after 5:30 had a 6:30 reservation and there were only 2 tables eating and people at the bar. We were seated everyone that waited on us were great. I ordered an Old Fashion that was very good, wife just had the free champagne they gave us for Mew Years. For dinner we both ordered the Filet Diablo, I was thinking a Diablo sauce was a cream sauce well I was wrong. The steaks are cut to about 1/2 think and then 2 large shrimp are topped on the steak and a spicy tomato sauce is placed around the steaks. We also ordered the Mac n cheese and creamed spinach they were both very good, the steak was ok I would much rather of had a 2-3 inch thick steak with the shrimp and no sauce. We were celebrating our anniversary and the wife’s birthday so they gave us a slice of caramel cheese cake and even came out with a candle on it. Wish we could have had a choice we would have had the chocolate mouse cake.

    One of the steaks in our party was ordered as med-rare but it came out well done. - the other three steaks were perfect. The service was rude prior to this but when the steak was sent back it became much worse. We were warned that the steak would be brought out undercooked - when it was brought to the table it was literally ice cold in the center. This just happened to be a steak that is pre-sliced so on the third attempt to get it right, the chefs put the entire plate in an oven - this resulted in another overcooked mess. It became clear that the kitchen was not going to get the steak right so this person in our party ended up without a meal. At these prices the food should be cooked to order and when there is a problem the response should be apologetic. We won’t be going back

    This restaurant is my go-to whenever I want great steak, however, the food was not as normal last night. I ordered a medium well steak and it came out well. I ate a few bites and did not even eat half of it. The waiter asked me if everything was OK. I explained to him mu steak was well done. He looked at it, agreed with me but nothing was ever done. That not how this establishment works at all. The food is normally delicious.

    We celebrated my birthday at Bobby Van’s Steakhouse because we always know that we will receive excellent service and delicious food. This was no exception. Apolinar was our server and he was attentive and professional. I ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the most hearty fettuccine he’s ever had and loved it! Excellent dining experience!!!
