   I had a not so great experience on Sunday. There were no customers waiting to be seated. It was about 50% capacity in indoor seating yet the wait staff continued to take my plate when I paused while finishing my meal. Yet they didn’t fill the coffee. I have previously had the sautéed spinach and this time it had a little too much lemon and it was missing something but not sure what. The French omelette was a little too runny on the inside. I think the Woodlands does a better job with serving quality food and atmosphere for Sunday after church for indoor seating yet the patio at Bobbie’s on Sunday looked lively and enjoyable, so I definitely recommend the patio for a fun vibe but I can’t speak for the service out there. Oh, also the soup of the day was Texas red chili. I really wanted a nice bowl of soup before my meal but Chili should not be the only soup as soup of the day.

   Great place for lunch or dinner! Quality was superb, I recommend the crab cakes, oysters and biscuits!

   Lovely midweek lunch with a friend! The wedge salad was delicious & my friend thoroughly enjoyed the roasted chicken & orzo pasta.

   Nice venue, great food, easy to have a table side conversation with your partner. Would definitely go again.

   This was our 2nd time there and wasn’t impressed like I was the 1st time. They brought the wrong app out and then when they brought the correct app out (tuna) it wasn’t fresh (very fishy tasting). They brought us 2 drinks that weren’t ours. The wedge salad filet had so much grizzle I had to keep spitting it out in my napkin. The dining room was very cold and dark.

   Stop changing the portions. It’s pretty obvious you’ve reduced servings significantly since opening. Our favorite 2 meals ( crab cakes and crudités ) are less than half the portions they originally were. If you’re going to cut the servings cut your prices.

While the crab cake size has never changed, we did reduce both the portion size and the price of the crudités shortly after we opened, based off of guest feedback that it was too large to enjoy as a starter. We're committed to ensuring that our guests get a great value for their money by never sacrificing the quality and freshness of our ingredients, reducing food waste wherever we can, and working every day to provide the neighborhood with great service.    Bobbie’s has become one of our mainstays. Their menu and service are impeccable, among the best in Dallas.

    Delicious food in a lovely setting. More upscale than I was expecting- in a good way. My husband said his tuna frites was the best tuna and French fries he’s ever tasted. I had the Nicolas salad- also yummy. I look forward to coming back.
