This waterfront locale is historically known as the launching site of our country's first submarine, the H.L. Hunley. Poised at the breach between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic, you can enjoy a meal amongst the spectacular sunset views and balmy ocean breezes of the Isle of Palms. Come early and have a cocktail at the Rooftop Bar while enjoying amazing views before dining.

Been several times to this restaurant and glad we made reservations - very crowded. Mjor downfall was that they only had 1 bartender! It was hard to get a drink....Hopefully they will open up the other two bars AND have them staffed...

We were very disappointed after eating here many times over the years. Ordered 3 different entrees and each time waitress returned to say they were out. Just not a good experience.

They sat us right by the door that went to another lower dining area and also by the bar. A group of younger people were there having drinks and were very loud. It was kinda hard to not hear them as our table was right there by the walkway and bar area. Not a great place for dining tables. They should put bar tables there instead of having people stand around. The table next to us was an arms length apart. We could hear everything they said about each other all their ailments. ECT! The food and drinks were ok but not outstanding and service was good. Our server was pretty busy but took pretty good care of us. I may or may not try this restaurant again. There are so many to try in the area and Charleston area. If we did eat here again I would be ask to seat in the lower part of the restaurant. This was our first time to visit this restaurant. Thanks!

This was the worst experience ever. We had reservations and from the moment we talked to the hostess we knew something was going on as they questioned wether or not to sit us at the table they put us at. There was a large party of drunks next to us, at 7 pm for dinner! They were so loud and obnoxious we couldn’t hear one another speak much less hear the waiter or my own thoughts in my head. The waiter apologized and the food was not worth the horrible experience or the headache I left with. Obviously the staff knew nobody would be able to actually enjoy their dinner seated next to them so why would they torture us? NEVER AGAIN!

Our booth was ready and reserved when we arrived which was a plus, but it took 20 minutes to get our order taken while we watched our waiter do much of nothing.

Went this past Valentine's Day for dinner with my lady. Very enticing menu, it was hard to make a final decision. Ended up with a great, affordable meal (lobster and streak). Great service, great view. Try and get there around 6pm to get a glimpse of the sunset. Can't wait to go back

Had some business guests in from Mexico and Japan. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and . eating out on the heated deck was nice for all of us. I was kinda disappointed with the some of the menu changes since it had been a while since I have eaten there. I missed the crab corn chowder and the grilled/blackened tuna steak both of which had been my favorites. The chef also changed the shrimp and grits. It wasn't all about me and the guests did enjoy it.

Calamari and mussels were excellent. Grilled salmon was good but not special. I had red rice and collards which was also good but again not "out of the ordinary " good. Lobster tail and crabcake was very good. Overall, the 3 couples enjoyed our dinners. Our table service was excellent.
