BOA Steakhouse - Sunset
The steak was perfect. We shared the tomahawk on the bone, which was superb.
Great place, recommend to all .
We were treated like royalty on our anniversary. Best table, best server, best food & we were treated to a big dessert to help us celebrate! Perfect evening!
Food was delicious, excellent service and great ambiance.
Incredible. The service and food never disappoints. A top shelf restaurant.
Great staff and service... food was outstanding!
You get what you pay for. This is a special occasion, sexy restaurant on sunset. The table side Caesar salad is not only a fun event but also an amazing salad. The petite fillet‘s with the Cabernet sauce are top notch. One baked potato is good enough for a family of four! It was a birthday and they brought out this very festive dessert and did a flambé presentation. I love this place for birthdays, perfect in every way
Excellent first time experience! You won't be disappointed.
Service was impeccable
It was wonderful and I would return
It was all we expected and more. Our complimentary Anniversary dessert was a very nice surprise.
Service was not good, we felt neglected. The restaurant was not busy.
I have been to BOA several times, and I have never been disappointed for taking a client there for dinner. But this tine, they were not at their best. First of all, I usually book my reservations through Open Table because the seating is usually very good. But this tine, the staff seated my client and I at a small table in a section amongst other small tables. If the restaurant was full, I would understand, but it was not. It then took a while to order and when we did, our meal took a while to be served. This was evident after one of the managers had to come to our table and apologize.
Ad I stated, BOA is usually very good, but they may have taken a holiday on this one.
The ambience is incredible. Service is excellent and the food also was very good. A bit
pricey so this is a special occasion type place.
Food and service consistently good. Never disappointed here
Great! We love BOA and have been dining there since it opened!
lance is just the best. The salads and the mains were very good. will be back
The front desk and the hostess were super rude. The manager at the front was horrible.
Had reservation it still had to wait
It was such a great experience. Food was exceptional. It was a very busy night and service was a little slow. Our server Tonia was great!! I would definitely go back again.
Amazing. It was an incredible experience. I’m glad to have spent my 22nd birthday there!
Very nice. Service in restaurant was excellent! Parking attendant was rude. Will come again!
The entire dining experience was amazing, but the Wine Director (New Orleans native) made our experience special. What an amazing ambassador of supreme customer service! Check out BOA, you wont regret it.
I stated on the reservation this was my wife and my anniversary. The establishment forgot and had nothing prepared.
I would never attend again.
Great food and atmosphere. Never let down
Recommend sitting outside. Steaks are great.
It was good
Best restaurant I have ever gone to in my 56 years. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Make sure to order the Caesar salad made at your table which was both delicious and entertaining to watch our server, Bradley, prepare in 5 minutes. Our main server, Shaw, was a real pro who did everything to make our Anniversary dinner memorable. The filet mignon and scallops were cooked perfectly and melted in our mouths. Just go to BOA.
Our waiter was inattentive as he didn’t come back to fill our water or see if my guest wanted another beverage until we’ll after he had finished his drink. The table side Cesar salad was very good but the steaks were over cooked. I had requested medium well and it came out more well done.
20th Anniversary dinner was awesome. We’ll be back with the family soon
First time here, but we will definately come back! Everything was perfect! Food and service was so food! And the atmosphere was very nice!
Went here for our wedding anniversary. They seated us promptly (we made a reservation). The outdoor patio is beautiful and they have heaters at every table. That was really great because, as you may know, nights in LA can be quite chilly. With heaters at every table, you can turn it off/on per your preference. We had the table side ceased salad. The salad was great, however, our salad maker was boring. I say that because we noticed the other salad makers were quite vibrant and entertaining as this was part of the experience. We ordered New York Strips which were cooked perfectly to Medium and seasoned great. We shared the sautéed spinach (phenomenal) and a loaded baked potato. The potato was soft throughout and creamy. Wonderful dinner!
Just over the top great. Front desk could have been a little better handling arrival, but everything after that was 5 stars. Wine food service and music were all fantastic.
Intimate birthday dinner for myself. Was a great nice with good food and friends.
All good, love Boa whenever I come to LA which is typically 4 times per year.
Had an early dinner, seated outside. Beautiful spot. Great ambiance. Because it was early, there weren't that many diners. Was fun to watch the staff interact as they prepared for the upcoming onslaught. Got a sense of fun camaraderie among all of them. Added to the experience. Food and wine were excellent. Try to baklava appetizer...
Everyone there is lovely.
Catherine was The Bomb!!!
And food was amazing!
Had the most amazing experience at BOA. Our server Tyler I believe was his name was amazing and I had mentioned that it was an anniversary dinner and he brought out desert for us. I was very pleased and the service and food was a amazing.
We were meeting friends for dinner. Me and my fiancé got there first and were greeted at the front then were told to wait for the rest of the party at the lounge area in front of the bar. 30 minutes later once our friends arrived they were rejected at the door due to our friend having an “open chest” when my fiancé went to the front to see what was happening they told both my fiancé and our friend with the “open chest” that they were wearing shorts and were not able to dine BOA. We thought that this was unfair because we had already been waiting for a while and could have gone elsewhere if we were notified earlier. After talking to many different people we were told that we could eat dinner at the lounge area or in the hidden part of the restaurant, and due to the bad situation we were put in we accepted and sat at the lounge. 10 minutes later, someone with shorts passes by our table. This person had been sitting outside and having dinner even though he was not following the “dress code”. Once we saw this we immediately notified the manager, but unfortunately he had a very bad attitude and started using foul language. We thought this was very unprofessional and felt very disrespected and discriminated against. He came to our table with the guard that was at the door and pulled the lounge table forward and said “bye bye, you guys are out of here”. He did not have an explanation for us and did not bother to talk about it at all. We were told to leave the restaurant and were thrown out with out having an explanation. Once we were outside we asked the man at the front of the door for the manager’s name but he refused to tell us. This is another thing that was very unprofessional.Everybody has the right to know the name of the people serving the table and managing the restaurant. We waited outside for someone to tell us the name of the manager because we felt very uncomfortable and disrespected, but instead of giving us the name they were laughing at us from inside.
