   The new Restuarant is a great addition to Vernon, the atmosphere very relaxed and enjoyable. The food is limited and either very hot ( spice) or no taste. We did not feel our money well spent, best wishes for success

   It’s such a cool vibe and a fun atmosphere! Either dine in the bar area or go to the dinning room. Great food, and a diverse menu. Two different kinds of bowling, arcade and the decor make for a fun, nostalgic experience. So great to have this place in Vernon!

   Tried this new restaurant last night. The service was excellent (thank you Khole). Food was delicious (burger, beet salad, Philippino rice, with chicken wings to start). The beer was great (76 Wolverine, Purple Rain). Ambience was interesting. Definitely will go back.

   Food was great. Service was exceptional. The only issue we had was the noise level of the bowling upstairs. The clicking of the machinery was annoying. As the restaurant filled up , it was less noticeable.

   Smash burger a hit with our grandson along with shuffleboard! Pizza was tasty although a bit salty however; it didn't stop us from devouring it! Our server was very attentive. We will be back!

   The good part of our experience was that the food was delicious! But here is the not so good - It took at least 15 minutes for our server to initially greet us at our table. Once we had our food and drinks, she did not check in to see how our meals were tasting or if there were any issues. It was other servers that took our plates away and brought us to-go boxes. After waiting 15-20 minutes after we finished our meals, we flagged down a different server for our bills and that’s when our original server came to us. In the hour and a half that we spent here, we saw our server at our table 2 times. However, she was lovely when we did see her! We hope this was just an off night, maybe short staffed.

   I hope so, too Averi. This certainly isn't the level of hospitality we're aiming for, and I'm sorry we fell short. I wish you didn't have to, but we do really appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. Thank-you. I'll follow up with our GM so he can work with his team to provide some extra coaching where it's needed.    Our second time visiting this location. Food was amazing and as usual never fails to disappoint. The menu has a wide selection to appeal to everyone in the group. Value for dollar paid is great with generous portions and quality ingredients which is tough to find when most people are cutting corners! Unfortunately our server was overwhelmed managing our section, struggling to keep up and as a result our overall experience wasnt as great as it had been on our last visit. The noise level is also a bit of a turn off as we struggled to carry on conversation at our table and had to shout at the server loudly to communicate. It would be nice to have some areas where you can have a bit more intimate dining experience with your group without the excessive loud noise persisting.

   Great kids menu. The cheese pizza is enough for 2-3 child appetites. Pasta and cheese is big rigatoni which has now become my son’s fave. I had the chicken bao which was well presented and a great tasting! Busy place, our server was awesome in the dining room Book early about 5-7 days in advance. Duckpin and 10 pin bowling lanes were fully booked at our reservation time but we did arcade. Quarters and loonies to play, lots of fun Cheers Brent

    Disappointed with the main course. The boa bun came. Very Spicy and far too much coating. More hard coating than actual chicken. The fries were not crispy and not worth eating. Very unappealing. The meatball appy was good as were the wings. Beer is beer and they had a couple decent ones. My buddy couldn’t eat his meal which was different, Nashville chicken I think. Again really spicy and way too much coating. Looks like the same chicken used for both meals. Should at least switch it up Very noisy downstairs and actually worse upstairs once everyone was bowling. Not a place to really enjoy a good conversation. But that being said that is what they promote. Pretty sure I won’t go back. Had higher expectations so a bit of a let down. Not sure if they are just getting the kinks out but they should reconsider the mains menu. Hey just being honest.

    Thank-you for your candid review, Brian. While those two items are certainly known for being spicy, I'm sorry that we fell short with the fries. I know our Chef will be keen to hear all of this feedback and make adjustments where appropriate. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The noise is something we're working on - looking into solutions like acoustic panels, curtains, etc. I apologize that it affected your visit and understand your disappointment.
