Had higher expectations. Food does not compare to other high end steak restaurants. Table was in the worst location of the restaurant with no views to anything. Will not recommend.
It's definitely the best steak restaurant I've ever eaten. Everything is perfect . The desserts are also great. I will definitely want to come back for it.
This place is super cute!!! This is really an impressive looking restaurant, I was definitely in awe immediately when I walked in. The staff was friendly enough and attentive. What we had for dinner was a hit and a miss for me. The onion soup was a bit sour for my taste, I’m used to slightly sweet onion soup with a bold beef flavor and it didn’t hit the mark. The chicken and the steak however, were prepared very well. They were flavorful, both very tender and moist. We were also given a delicious trio of icecream to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The one thing that I have to say that I truly did not like was the Brussels sprouts. I don’t know why it is becoming so popular to fry Brussels sprouts. They retain too much oil and lose all of their flavor. Overall, it was a good experience and this place is gorgeous!!
Our server was awesome and fun. The ambiance was very classy and romantic with a hip retro vibe. The food is was excellent.

We dined here for restaurant week and really enjoyed our experience! I had the steak frites and my friend had the salmon. My steak was flavorful and cooked perfectly (I couldn't believe they had a steak option for that low of a price-point). My friend said her salmon was delicious. We both started with soup - I had the lobster bisque, which was creamy and decadent, and she had the french onion, which I tasted and will definitely go back for. The desserts did not disappoint; the sticky toffee pudding was incredible - so moist! Our server was also fantastic. I can't wait to visit again. My new favorite steakhouse!
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at BLVD, and it was such a great experience. The service was phenomenal and the food was very delicious. Best oysters I’ve ever had. We will definitely dine there again!
Went during restaurant week. The lobster bisque was salty, the steak was very salty. Was very disappointed over all.
The steak was pretty tough (sirloin given at restaurant week). It was very chewy as opposed to tender. Mac and cheese and spinach was fine. Nice ambiance & service. Mediocre overall. Would not recommend or revisit.

First, let me say the place is gorgeous, and waitstaff is very attentive. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to our reservation and was seated right away. We were seated at a small table for two. So small that it really could only be useful for cocktails. Not a 3 course meal. And to make things worse, the table was placed next to a column in an already extremely narrow walkway. The waitstaff and servers had to squeeze past my chair to get to our table, or walk all the way around the atrium. As far as the meal, 40 minutes after ordering, we has still only received our soup and burnt toast, since we had to bread. We started to notice that few people had any food on their table. After about an hour, we decided to inform the waitress to close out our bill because the wait was far too long. The waitress apologized and said the food was timed to give patrons a 2 hour experience. Who wants to wait two hours to eat 3 courses? She called a manager who apologized, informed us that food would be arriving shortly and offered some concessions on the bill. While the manager was still speaking with us, our food came. My entree was a very small piece of salmon that looked burnt nearly as badly as the bread! Needless to say, we closed out our bill after an hour and forty-five minutes having only been served soup, wine, burnt toast and what appeared to be burnt salmon. I gave it 3 stars for the ambiance. The place is really stunning to look at.
The food was delicious and ambience was perfect. Service was mediocre, cannot complain. I was celebrating my birthday. I did not get the opportunity to cut my cake. The sittings were odd. I cannot help but noticed they sorta group POC in one area, 2nd level, corner room. Besides that, dinner was good

Gary our server was amazing, he also is very knowledgeable with food and drinks! Devrick made the entire experience nothing short of flawless. Such a great team and the service is superb.
all the food was indelibly salty; including the salad! i had to carry my own drink and plate from the bar to my table when it was ready. service was mediocre, drink order was wrong.

We love BLVD! We got engaged her two years ago and we’re dying to go back last year as an anniversary but COVID hit. As soon as we saw they were open again, we jumped on a reservation. Ambience and service were to die for but unfortunately, this time around, the $380 bill wasn’t worth it. Both of our steaks were still bleeding (I ordered mine medium well) and they were still relatively rare after being sent back. We also ordered asparagus and those were thrown away when the steaks weren’t sent back. By the time we got back home, both my husband and I were incredibly sick from the meal. We probably won’t go back for another year until they’ve been open longer.
The steak on the restaurant week menu was one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had and unfortunately I’m not exaggerating. I had to send it back because I wasn’t even able to swallow a bite it was so chewy. Great desserts though! Overall I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I’m from Dallas came to Chicago to celebrate my Boyfriends bday we had a amazing time. Would recommend and go back next time we visit.

Hey! It’s not my first time been in your restaurant but after the last visit I’m disappointed. I invited my friend for the restaurant week and I choose your restaurant because after first time I was really satisfied but not this time. The steak which I ordered was dry, the salmon as well. I like the soup for appetizers and pretty much that’s. I like atmosphere, service but not the food.
Ambience was incredible and the service can't be beat! Would for sure go back for drinks and dessert. I was less than impressed with the steak and the food in general outside of the dessert (Sticky Toffee Pudding).
