No respetaron la reserva que hice con 2 meses de anticipación. Es un lugar tremendamente caro y la calidad de la comida no es buena. Me obligaron a un menú fijo que nunca me dijeron que existía. No lo recomiendo.

I asked about the grits and the chef came out and talked to me for like seven minutes about how they discovered and resurrected these long lost grits. I food nerded hard.

BLVD is a cool idea that misses by a large margin. The decor and vibe are very cool, and the staff is friendly and polite. However, the food and service didn't make me feel like what I spent was worth it. I would rather have spent the same or more money at like minded restaurants that deliver a better product. Back to BLVD... The food is poorly prepared. I had a steak, and it was a nice cut of meat, but poorly seasoned. The steak was served with crystals of salt on it, indicating it was salted after being cooked. Tasted as thought this was the case, too. Additionally, a several items on the menu were described by our waiter as being served "family style", yet for the level of sophistication BLVD looks to be attempting to reach, I would have expected clean plates for each item so that flavors didn't mix. In fact, when my wife requested a clean plate, the wait staff returned with exactly one clean plate - instead of plates for both of us. To finish things off, a 20% gratuity was added to our bill...for a party of 2. I'm not certain they earned that 20%, but what choice did I have? Had service and food been better, I would gladly have tipped much more than 20%. Lastly, coat check politely handed us our coats, and managed to hang around waiting for a tip. I would have expected a little help managing the coats while I helped my wife into her coat... BLVD needs to step up its game.

The waiter was fantastic and attentive. He offered recommendations and was always there right as we needed him. The other wait staff made sure our waters were always filled and the tables were clean. The drinks looked and tasted great. I especially liked the variety of olives in my dirty martini. The restaurant is beautiful and the music selection was very good. We had a wonderful memorable Valentine’s Day experience there and we would come back.

We had a reservation on Saturday, but aborted the mission after we waited 30 mins (restaurant t week). When we walked in, a week later, the Manager immediately recognized us and she more than made up for the previous mishap. We are most definitely back on the BLVD team.

We were seated about 45 min to an hour late. (Reservations were for 9. We were seated around 10) Because of a hostess error. They offered us a tomato app to make for it. Kind of nice, but thankfully we were patient group.

Chef Johnny Besch is an icon- I had the delight of speaking with him after a delicious meal. It's always fun to have a chef come out and take the time to talk about the dishes. A great personal touch! I'm dreaming about the roasted cauliflower.

The environmental tone is pretty dark, which should accommodate with a quiet atmosphere, but the entire experience was full of noise, and I had to shout so my friend could hear me. The food I would say was below the average, given the price was high. The Restaurant Week Menu was truly not a value set. Will not go again.

didn't realize it was restaurant week so we had the seafood tower which was half off. The tower was just as good as the best in Chicago. For dinner, I had the restaurant week waygu Frites dinner for $36 dollars. It was just great and you really can't beat it for the price. This was my second visit and ill be back

Have been many times, but this is probably the last. Very slow poor service. Drinks and food were very slow, no explanation offered. 2hrs from being seated to receiving main courses. Didn't appreciate the compulsory 20% tip for my party of six given the poor service.

I was really excited to have my birthday dinner at BLVD and walked into a gorgeous atmosphere and although service was welcoming it was EXTREMELY slow!! The food was mediocre and unseasoned. I personally had scallops that came out cold and after 2 1/2 hours of being there I almost missed the other half of my celebration at another venue! I’m extremely disappointed

From stepping into BLVD, you expect excellence. It is a stunning space that makes you feel like you're in a lux LV club. It's beautiful. However, our experience was quite disappointing. From the get go, our service was completely uninterested. A group of 8 of us were in for restaurant week, so I chalked it up to that (however we still spent over $1000 - we were there to have a great time) - but it still was off-putting. We waited about 30min for our first round of drinks - our appetizers came before then. Also when our appetizers came, there was a piece of plastic in our food(!!). Our server offered no apology at all, just a simple "oh, I will get you a new one". I've worked in the industry for years, and accidents happen - but you still have to some some sympathy!! Late our entrees came, which one dish had A HAIR in it!! We were mortified, but did not say something at this point because of how poorly the plastic was handled. Once our final bill came, I was floored to see that they did not comp anything or even bring a round of drinks to show any kind of remorse for the situation. If the food was stellar, I would consider coming back - but it wasn't (the cacio y pepe tasted like reheated pasta, I can make better). Very unfortunate, would not recommend wasting your time unless you were just looking for a spot for a drink at the bar after dinner

We went to BLVD during restaurant week. One of us wanted to order an entree from the regular menu and the other wanted to order from the restaurant week menu. Our server said that this was against policy even though the entree would have been well over the $48 restaurant week special. We were unable to find any documentation noting this and the staff did not accommodate. Never during restaurant week has this happened to us. Wish the staff would have told us before we order or the web would have noted this.

The food was ok, and the service was good. But the night we went, the restaurant was packed and extremely noisy, not sure if this was due to the restaurant week. We would expect a more quite and relaxing dining experience. But in reality, we had to yell at each other in order to hear each other....
