   No food at the venue but you didn't have a problem if you brought your own in from any on the numerous places around the venue

   I made a reservation for 20pax @ 10:30pm for 6th December on 20th November. This booking was confirmed on the day prior to our booking (5th Dec). Our group arrived for our booking at around 10:25 to be informed that the venue had reached capacity. The only solution was to wait until 20 people vacated. We were very disappointed and headed to another venue. Whilst I understand venue capacity is important for safety, it is obvious that our group booking was not taken into consideration. I’m unsure if we even had a table reserved. I also understand that a Friday evening during December is incredibly busy, hence why we made a reservation so far in advance. If the venue can’t honour bookings, they shouldn’t be available online. This lack of preparation made the group organisers of our event look bad and unorganised. We also lost some people, as they headed to Blute’s as planned and couldn’t find our table/group. Many of the group are frequent visitors to Blute’s. We are very dissatisfied with the service provided on Friday evening.

   The vibe was fun. But, we were there for 4 hours and only had 1 song each played, despite almost everyone else going up multiple times. Then were told you have to be pushy with the song attendant and they bump your song up. They also had no non-alcoholic beers on offer.
