The service is good everybody there is knowledgable about their food. I tried the Basque Country Experience with Wine Pairing. The wine is punchline of every single cause
Great service, great food. We loved everything about it
Nice view. Food is actually pretty good. The portions are somewhat bigger than usual. Waiter was good. Only issue was that he had a hard time accepting that a drink was not made properly. However, he fixed the issue in the end.
Great outdoor spot but for food, its small pprtions amd pricey. Mostly everything is al la cart. Good view on 12th floor. Definitely a spot for drinks only..
Food was over priced and bland. The staff great the management great the view great. Food not so much.
The server could of had a little more knowledge of the menu or specials..,he seem clueless
Great service and delicious food. Cynthia deserves a shout out!
The service and the food was great. I love the city view and the Disney firework.
Great food and service was excellent!
We decided to have the "Basque Experience" and it was one of the best meals we have had. Chef Edgar's choice of dishes along with GM John's wine pairing was AH-mazing! It brought back memories of San Sebastian in Spain. What a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday! Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!
Very nice place,
I just think they should improve the menu and drinks
I originally was booked mid-week for my birthday with a group of 6 on a Wednesday 11/17 for a private 7-course meal with a chef Edgar but the restaurant cancelled my reservation due to a private event. I then was rebooked for a Friday 11/12 night at 10:15pm with a reservation but HAD WE KNOWN PRIOR to booking that the kitchen closed at 09:45pm, we would've ate prior to our arrival at BluSky. I had to vote poor on food service because there WASN'T any for my reservation time. But the aroma of other people's food smelled delicious! Our server Kevin was so generous and gave us desserts on the house but my poor group of girls were starving and getting tipsy on the dranks! Quality of drinks were top quality, if you are like me and love quality cocktails, this is the place for you! Only thing was since our reservation was so late, last call is at 10:45pm so we didn't really get to enjoy ourselves that long. It was unfortunate since the ambiance and view was just incredible. We are definitely going back to eat the delicious food BluSky offers but for an earlier time of course!
Nice location view is great, the waitress was really nice and treated us great but the general manager rushed us with our dinner giving us a time limit even though the restaurant was completely empty. Wouldn’t go there again for that fact. Food overpriced and meh.
Danny was our server for the night and he was very helpful and attentive. He made sure our visit to Blusky was nothing but a good experience! The views are amazing, the food was great and service was great too.
The food was generally delicious. And the servers were so kind. The food we ordered was a course meal, the first three appetizer food was really great, but the main dish didn't taste very special and the dessert amount was too big.
Wonderful experience. Staff were fantastic. Thanks for everything.
great scene. Bartender and other staff were outstanding
overpriced. Food Ok but not the best for the price and bad service
Food was overly salted. Unfortunately had to return the steaks since they were so salty we couldn’t eat it
Amazing! Could not have been better. The service, view of fireworks and food make this a must try!
First time at restaurant and was a great experience. Our waiter, Scott, was very good. Food was exceptional. For starters try the Octopus. For dinner we had the Duck and was very good. Have feeling anything you order will be good.
Perfect restaurant, nice people’s and food amazing. Very good experience!!
We had so much fun for our anniversary at BluSky. Our server Miriam gave exceptional service. Very nice special touches for our occasion including delicious cheesecake. All the food was fantastic but the stand outs were the Pulpo and the Honey Nut Squash side.
The food was amazing and better than expected from a restaurant located on top of a hotel (Raddison). The atmosphere was ideal for any social occasion and for private or small gatherings. Recommend more chairs/tables (in lieu of sofa/couches and coffee table for a dinner setting). All the staff was friendly and very proactive as they managed different tables (delivering dishes and taking away empty dishes). Our waiter (Kevin) was sociable and make the ordering process feel at ease.
We ordered two appetizers and both were excellent (Gambas al Ajillo + Foie Gras), where the wild shrimp were cooked perfectly, but the foie gras was slightly undercooked due to the watery texture inside, however, the plum added a nice touch to the dish. For the main dish, we ordered the duck breast and cod. The duck breast was cooked perfectly.
We will return again and try the tasting menu next time.
Delicious drinks and food! Along with, phenomenal service.
The service, view and food were all amazing!!
Perfect view. Lovely night with great food, drinks and friends.
Really nice relaxing environment, outside patio is beautiful, great view of the Disneyland fireworks at night
We loved everything about this restaurant! The food was on point and delicious! The duck was cooked perfectly and the paella’s were amazing. The seafood was so fresh and melted in your mouth. Service was exceptional, and the fireworks show from Disneyland was a plus! 😁 we will recommend to friends and family.
Restaurant is very nicely decorated inside and out.
Out door setting was one of the best in so Cal. minus the noise and overlooking
of the 5 freeway.
Paella was way over priced. Got a very thin layer like a crust and lobster was not whole. Half a small lobster with no other seafood. I showed a disappointment in paella and they said, that is how it is done in Spain. I've been to Spain and had it
there and that is not how they make it in Spain.
First time there to celebrate my sister and brother for their birthday. Warm welcome from staff at the entry door.
Food is great, friendly atmospheres. Nice view.
Love this restaurant, stellar service and knowledgeable staff on top of delicious food and cocktails. The ambience is amazing and the view is breathtaking.
3rd or 4th visit. Always have had wonderful experiences. We arrived early and wanted to have a drink at the bar. The bartender worked at the speed of molasses. And I felt rushed to go to my table. we were shown our table which was inside. I had requested out door dining because our last visit we sat outside by a fire table and heat lamps and it was cozy, beautiful and warm. Our outside table was facing the outside bar and had no heat element. So we moved back inside. We felt pushed by our server to order meat and cheese and pushed to order more expensive bottles of wine after I gave him my wine budget. We were full so we ordered a light next course. We were let know that it was probably not going to be enough. But we were ok with that and took leftovers home. I’ll be back because I love the place. It just wasn’t my favorite experience.
The food was good and the view was amazing, but it seemed like they were understaffed or overbooked. We showed up a few minutes before the reservation and it took roughly 15 minutes to get seated and I wasn’t able to sit where I had reserved. Our table was good but had it been any more windy, I would have left. I was close to leaving when I noticed the other people also waiting to be seated.
Delicious food and yummy drinks. Perfect place for a date night or girls night out.
This was the worst pick of my life. The assistant general manager, Martin Quintana, asked my friend (from out of state) and I to leave loudly in front of all surrounding guest because of their time policy. Please be sure to start your timer as soon as you sit down on your table because you will be kicked out and humiliated. I spoke to the manager who unfortunately didn't make the situation any better. My experience was going great up until this man showed up and it is very unfortunate that a restaurant with such potential has an assistant general manager like, Quintana. This could have definitely been handled in a different manner.

Great view, food was good, drinks were also good. Great service . Would go back.. wine parring was nice also.
Lovely restaurant but very expensive. The service is outstanding and the view is wonderful.
Worth the different experience. Disneyland fireworks from the outdoor seating was really cool.
The ambience outside was outstanding, service was outstanding, food portions were disappointing for the price. Order the lobster paella I am very disappointed. Server claimed the bottom portion was burnt to the pan, which gave the paella dish of very burnt taste. Not good for the value for this dish.Overall experience was OK but not great which was shortcoming based on our expectations. Not sure if I would go back based on the value you get for your money..
