Got seated and after ten minutes, no one had come to our table so we left.
$10 to park in the office complex parking lot - just because they can.
Lighting not great.
Very young crowd.
TVs - totally unnecessary at a restaurant selling an $88 steak.
It was a awesome dinner excellent food and excellent service
No one in the kitchen wore hair nets... cutlery was placed on bare table top with no napkins to protect them from cross contamination. The vegan menu is extremely limited.
I guess it would be a cool spot for younger, careless crowd but my damn near 40 year old self couldn’t get with the poor sound system and the lack of concern for COVID.
That blue martini with the dry ice smoke was amazing. The edible gold interacted with my fillings.
If I rated it one the scale of 1-10... they’d get a 4 or a five. It’s not that bad for a lounge but on the culinary tip, they gotta do better
Loved the ambience and the blue tones inside, Very thorough and attentive server, this place is a true gem!
Food was ok. Music was good. Nothing to rave about
Great atmosphere, service, and food!!!
Fish and side of mushroom were very very salty.
All cramped up in a small table.
The food is priced similar to the very nice restaurants on the strip.
This was our first time dining at Blume and we had an amazing experience. Valentino made the experience 10x better. The food and drinks weee really good. We were celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. I can’t wait to come back to Vegas to visit again.
The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. But half the stuff that we tried to order was no longer on the menu but the menu wasn’t updated. I called in advance to let them know that it was my friends bday and that I would like to purchase a desert for her. I was told that they do a complimentary one with a candle and they brought us the check instead of her dessert.
The place was Fun!!!
We were sat @ 10pm and the host never let anyone know we were there so they didn’t take our order until 10:40
blume is officially one of my favorite locals spots. love the food presentation (and the food is AMAZING), love the service... the drinks, the music. literally, obsessed with all the things!! (: XOXO
The food was amazing ambiance was on point and Rob was an excellent server. Will recommend to anyone coming to Vegas and will be back every time I visit.
Valentino was the best part of Blume. He really delivered outstanding customer service!! We will come back because of him!
The vibe the mood the decor everything was great and great customer service
Jalapeno Ahi/ Steak/ Fried chicken/ mac and cheese
Very nice venue. Waitstaff very accomodating. Music was great and the food was even better!!!
All around a great experience. From cocktails to food and service, everything was above my expectations. Valentino was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again and we will be returning!
We really enjoyed Blume. The ambiance says “fine dining” but the servers are very friendly and un-stuffy. The reviews said “classic steakhouse” but the menu is eclectic and varied. The dinner was delicious and my cocktail, the Valentino, was as well. We would go back in a heartbeat. The only drawback? Paying $10 for mandatory valet parking.
It was very mediocre I had higher expectations the food did not completely satisfy my girlfriends and I. I will probably not return
On first impressions the restaurant is pretty and modern with plush blue booths and chairs. The music is loud but could be fun if you have a crowd. We were seated and waited a very long time for our server to take our order. There was a mix up with who was attending to our our table. We placed our order with some modifications for dietary restrictions. Our lovely server was sweet and offered to get us something on the house since we had to wait so long but we respectfully declined. The food arrived in good time but everything was wrong. I ordered a fillet with no sauce or accompaniment and a side of crispy Brussels sprouts plain. The main dish had all the fixings and the Brussels sprouts were mixed with all the fixings. I respectfully requested again for the side dish to be plain and they brought another one without the bacon but dripping in oil and something sugary that I couldn’t eat. However, the filet was cooked perfectly so it was a protein only dinner for me! We were ignored for a very longtime before we flagged down our server for the check. It was not a full house. They did take the side dish off the bill but the service and lack of attention to the order left a lot to be desired. The will not go back.
Our food was amazing.
The service was great also.
Will be back for sure...
Geeat food and wonderful service.
Place was beautiful but food was not good at all. The menu is small which is fine but the quality was nasty
Disappointed went for a birthday celebration staff is not very nice,I went on a Saturday we were told we only had 2hrs to dine in. I felt so uncomfortable to even ask anything to my server since He had an attitude at all times. Seats are super low you are lower than the table. It was so uncomfortable to eat your meal, food was not good, my filet was over cooked, they charge you for house bread RIDICULOUS!
Great night out with friend visiting from out of town.
Wouldn’t even recommend this place to JJ
Came for a birthday and even told the server multiple times. Nothing was done to celebrate or even an acknowledgment of it. Paying for house bread is ridiculous, even high end steak houses on the strip provide this. Worst part is now the lot is completely closed with cones to force you to valet or park around back. I’m sorry but this place isn’t to that level. Won’t be back simply because of the parking situation. You should do more to understand that not all your customers want to be forced to valet when they could much more easily just park in front and go in at their will. If you’re trying to only show certain types of cars out front we drive luxury vehicles and still don’t want to valet.
Friend’s Birthday 🎉
They play music too loud
Horrible. 3 wks before Valentines they were offering a prefix menu at a good price so I booked through OpenTable and ALSO called the number on the ad just to make sure. Gave them my credit card to hold the spot -they would charge $50 if we didn't cancel 48 hours before. Fair enough, no problem. We don't get to eat out often in these pandemic times so I spent some money on new jewelry, nails, and shoes to help make the evening feel special. Our waiter was absolutely charming and wonderful, and he continued to be that way throughout the evening. He is a 10/10. BUT when i told him I had booked the prefix menu he had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and I had to show him the ad on my phone. He went and spoke to the manager, then came back to tell us that they had decided NOT to the pre-fix menu, but that they would offer us 15% off the menu to make up for it. This means that our meal would cost DOUBLE what we had planned if wanted all three courses as advertised in the pre-fix menu. I asked to speak to the manager myself. Manager eventually agreed to give us three courses for the pre-fix price, but she had a horrible attitude about it and made it clear that they were making quite the sacrifice (to fix their own mistake). Oysters were delicious! Steaks came out, mine was perfect but my partner's was a bizarre inedible lump of mushy meat. They brought him another steak and it was fine. My partner ordered a specific IPA at one point in time, and the bartended brought him a different IPA making the comment that they were out of the other but it was okay because the substitute IPA was better anyway. My partner is was already familiar with the sub IPA and knew that he did not like it - the bartender's silly comment by itself would never be a big deal but everything together added up to a horrible experience. Hate to be critical of restaurants during this difficult time but consumers who save up to eat out occasionally crave a decent experience when we do.
This is a tough review because of the highs and lows and I want to be fair it was Valentines day so the place was over packed. Staff was friendly and worked very hard to keep up. Dinner was excellent I had beef wellington and my wife had a short rib pasta. The appetizers were soggy . Desert was a very nice peanut butter chocolate cake . Unfortunately because it was Valentines day and they had unlimited demand they took a chance and far exceeded current Covid-19 guidelines on the amount of tables. In addition we were right in front of the main door so we had a contestant chill. Would I go back, definitely food was worth a second chance
We went to this location on Valentines Day. The Hostess acted as we were doing her a favor for being there. Not good. We were told to scan the menu as they do not have menus, so we did. We were prepared to order when the waiter told us that we could only order of the Valentines Day menu. This menu was very short and only had two entree's. There were some sides and deserts and a couple of appetizers. I ordered the shrimp cocktail only to get four medium size shrimp for a ridiculous price. We both order the alleged surf and turf. When we got our food a long time later, the steak was warm at best and was cooked incorrectly. The lobster tail was small and was like eating sushi. There were several other issues that I will not go into. The only good thing in this night was that the waiter, Lamad, was very professional and courteous. Suffice to say, that we will never go back to this location and will not recommend to anyone.
Sat us in the back and not 6 feet from other table. No chicken on the Valentine’s Day menu. Who ever didn’t think about the non beef customers, bad move. Expensive but food was good. Músic was great and customer service was exceptional!
Seats so low you were lower than table. Music so loud that I thought I was in a night club, server didn’t know menu or what the night menu was, my steak and lobster was good but my husbands short rib ravioli was missing the short rib and they gave him a child portion. The pricing was way over their capabilities
Our table was at the very entrance of the restaurant. And was very close to other tables. Given the fact When I made the reservation, I stated it was our anniversary. Also I was surprised how crowded it was.
But the food and drinks were very good.
I don't understand the good reviews. Unless from people associated w/staff, industry friends, or a 20's crowd who don't understand what the food & service should be here. BLUME "A Culinary Experience". That's what it says above the front door ended up being the worst restaurant I've spent $300 on in BOTH food and service. On Valentines Day they had 12 small tables (for 2) crammed into an area by the front entrance. I would of been OK with this if the rest went well. But after being seated we waited 20+ minutes with staff walking past and not being acknowledged, plus a hostess who sat us could see this. Finally we stopped someone asking for a manager. Twenty five minutes later she apologizes stating they are short staffed offering us a drink. About 35m after being seated our first drinks arrive. I frequent places like STK at the Cosmopolitan and have no issue w/music. But it was all hip hop with a TERRIBLE sound system. The bass sounded like being at a stop light and someone put a boom box in their trunk rattling their car & yours. Honestly the extreme volume made it worse. First on menu we order Wagyu Dumplings. I've had ALOT of Wagyu. Didn't taste like it. Next salads. My husband had the beet salad. It was good. I had a version of a wedge w/strange cheese & what tasted like ham on top. It reminded me of a salad bar creation from Pizza Hut. As soon as we could eat our salad (or not) our main dish was upon us. Luckily I'm on my 3rd martini and still being optimistic. I order the Wellington. It's ok. My husband orders a Bone in New York. It didn't meet the standard of an $88 steak. Not even close. He had a mac & cheese... just ok. I had brussel sprouts. This was actually excellent. But that's it. Last we try the Lava Cake for dessert. This is when I finally understood where I was. A dry cheap version of cake arrived cold w/Hershey Syrup in the middle, a scoop of ice cream and whip cream on top. We didn't eat it. Also charged for bread we didn't order. Go to HANKS.
First impression, The hostess was not friendly at all. There are no menus and we did not bring in our phones because we wanted to have a intimidate date .. so you have to bring in your phone so you can see the menu. We ordered the octopus appetizer and it is served with chorizo which was burnt so it had a very bitter taste. My husband got the New York steak and it was cooked perfectly although it lacked flavor. I had the burger and it was fantastic. The thing that was absurd was the loud music. We went on an intimate date and the loud music did not allow us to have proper conversation. This is a restaurant that is more for pregaming... not a romantic date. The reason we will not be coming back is due to the value of the food. Highly overpriced to what we actually got specifically the steak.
We went for Valentine’s Day weekend.
