This place was way too loud and felt like having dinner in the middle of the night club. When I asked if the music could be turned down they said that’s not the type of restaurant they are, that they pride themselves in the night club vibe. The service also was very poor with extremely long gaps between a waiter or waitress ever checking in with us.
Yesterday we celebrated my birthday!! And it was absolutely AMAZING!!! Thank you so much Rob and the Blume family!! You all ROCK!!! And I will definitely be back!
From the food, to the excellent customer service!! OMG!! I had a blast!! Thank you all sooooo much for making my day Great!!! 🥳❤️🥳❤️
Loved loved the fun cocktails ! Such a cool experience. Great food. Server was amazing! Thank you!!
This place is trying to be a restaurant when all they want to do is be a club. The food was awful! Drinks club prices….($20 martini) Wine list, poor….it’s a NEVER go back again kind of place. We ordered apps, with the intent of having dinner. Every appetizer was terrible, even their bread. We saved ourselves further disappointment and didn’t order entrees. Thank god we weren’t rushed into ordering mains!
We asked for a specific table for a group of 8 since the place was empty but the hostess said it was already reserved, but then she said it’s a $500 minimum so which one is it? It was rude, especially since only 1 other table was occupied all night. we were there from 7-10:30pm no one ever sat at that table or really any other table because the restaurant was dead. From their social media posts I expected way more.
It was a 10 year anniversary and would be great to have some kind of memorable experience. I thought this would be a great place to go. I left a note that it’s our anniversary in our reservation. The food and drinks were fantastic, our service was pretty non existent. Our server was okay, he wasn’t rude but we felt very ignored especially when it came to the two tables next to us. They had the same server as us and it would attend them more then he would to us. We saw that the other tables were celebrating an anniversary as well and a birthday on the other side. They brought them fun fireworks with a big dessert and it even had chocolate writing the said happy birthday or happy anniversary when they were finishing their meals. It’s was like the every 5-10 mins to the tables all around us. I thought that would be cool that since I wrote notes in the reservation, we would get the same fun experience. We didn’t get that same treatment at all. Even though were in the middle of the restaurant, we felt very invisible. I had to flag our server down every time since he would check the tables next to us and skip us and I would have to try to catch hit of stopped at one of the other tables. The most memorable and fun experience we had there was when the lady brought out drinks and made it so fun, I wish our actual server gave us that same treatment as the girl did. I would love to go again but maybe hope I get a different server that would not make us feel invisible especially on our 10 year anniversary. Thank you to the girl that brought our drinks, you gave us a fun experience.
The service was great, the food was delicious and we had a great time. We will definitely be going again.
The atmosphere is beautiful but the service was very poor the food was very good. Our service was better at chili's and of course Chili's is much cheaper. For the price of the food and drinks I expected better service from waiters and staff probably won't be back
Great service, food was fine but overpriced for what you get.
We love Blume
Nice getaway from the outside world, decoré inside is really nice. Food was good, definitely think of going back to try their dinner menu
Was here about 7 months ago, food was great. This time was like eating bad bar food. My husband had the beef Wellington which had last time we dined there. Was a good size last time this time it was like a hot pocket size, chewy and the dough was soggy. I had the salmon over risotto. Salmon wad dry “risotto” was white rice. Very loud and overpriced.
Great service with creative drinks and food. Loved it!
Great ambience for an off the strip restaurant. It has more life to it than most and the service and ambience were outstanding. Food was very good but could have been better. The Tomahawk was very good along with the yellowtail appetizer.
Average food, service was ok at best, just not very friendly or inviting.. super loud with rap music, We went for dinner. Not the night club..
It was way too loud for a relaxing dinner. Nothing about the restaurant was like the online website or other advertising. The menu was different; they didn’t offer ice tea; no dessert menu; bread was cold. The restaurant was clean and service was good. If you like loud music, blue velvet furnishings and pink overhead lighting this is the restaurant for you.
The restaurant itself is very hip and chic looking. The menu looked interesting and we decided to do several of the appetizers as our meal. We tried the salmon crudo, house bread, wagyu dumplings, shrimp boa bun, meatballs and truffle spinach dip. The salmon was small (which is fine) but was a bit chewy, which was surprising. The wagyu dumplings were okay but also a bit chewy. Our least favorite was the shrimp. It was a bit greasy and not very flavorful. The bread was very good (especially the truffle butter that came with it) and the dip and meatballs were okay.
I was a bit surprised as I’d seen a few cool reports on the restaurant. Admittedly we did not have any entrees but after trying several appetizers, I am hesitant to try an entree (especially at some of the prices listed- I get this is Vegas (I’m a local) and that we are mid-pandemic but they seemed a little high for the location - just my opinion). I think they change their menu up periodically so maybe we came close to a change and the kinks are still getting worked out.
Overall, I’d come and hang at the bar for drinks. They played great music albeit a bit on the louder side for dinner conversation to happen easily.
All the food was not as good as it looked. My salmon was the only flavorful item. The “House Bread” was just ok, the cream of spinach and no taste, the asparagus just tasted like salt was sprinkled on it, the chicken was ok, I forgot what was plated with the salmon, but it wasn’t memorable. They were out of a few items and they no longer carry the crispy brussel sprouts, which is why I wanted to go in the first place. My server was nice, but it did take him time to come back and check on us each time. The food took long to come out, it wasn’t even packed, and we didn’t order much.
The food was bland! The tables were dirty and had burn stains!
The food was average, the $52 steak was chewy.. The waiter was excellent, the music was load and offensive.. If you like music that the first verse says … oh Sh*t over and over again this is for you..
Valentino was great and very attentive
The food was mediocre; however, the atmosphere was beautiful.
I loved everything about Blue for the waiting staff to DJ, I had a blast best waiter ever Valentino was amazing
Great service, hospitable and accommodating. Had great laughs with the staff.
Food and service was above and beyond, I proposed here and they made the night absolutely amazing!
It was pretty much how the other reviews described. Trying to be an upscale restaurant, more like a nightclub. The decor and the layout is actually pretty cool, just not what we expected, especially for the price. Food service was slow, the rice the halibut came on was great but the halibut was brutally overcooked. The Blume wellington had great flavor. The lettuce on the wedge was old, and roasted tomatoes was not a good choice. Bathrooms needed attention, pretty gross. Bartender and hosts were very nice. Overall it was mediocre at best. Will we go back? Maybe for the ahi poke.
Bacon jam burger tasty, but overcooked. Lots of fries. Lobster roll full of lobster chunks with lime sauce. Tasty. Too much bread. Both had hidden jalapeño pieces. Lots of wine substitutes from menu.
Food was excellent…..staff need to be trained on how to treat there customers ( the people who pay ) right ! On entering the lady at the desk had a attitude problem she then sat us at a table right next to the load speaker we could not hear our friends talking so we asked to move to a table far from the loud music she said the end table was taken however the 2 hours we were there that table was empty…then after we paid our bill we were chatting with our friends and the staff turned of the lights I guess to make us leave then when we sat there the lights came back on and the same girl came over and asked us to leave she said that a large party was arriving and she needed the table……errrrrrr not what you want to hear when your having a dinner with friends and your bill was almost 400 dollars all the staff seemed tense so probably will not be back as the atmosphere sucked but food was absolutely amazing ….my advice is to change up the loud music that is fit for a night club and change out the staff you will be on to a winner
Menu not updated, Bronzino was VERY bland, and the cous cous that came with the salmon was very appetizing. With that being said, the Alaskan King crab cake and the salmon was delicious!
Service was lacking (and they charge a 20% auto gratuity), food was overpriced and under flavored, and overall experience was a letdown.
It was fantastic....The short rib. Omg
We were celebrating Father’s Day for my husband. The food was excellent and a great waitstaff with beautiful surroundings. This was my fourth time visiting Blume and it only gets better!
The open table menu is not the same menu that the restaurant has and created a misleading expectation.
The open table direction link does.
The first thing the server told us was that there was a two hour limit on the table. We had no intention of staying two hours but it still wasn’t a pleasant introduction.
The bottle of sparkling water was at room temperature rather than cold.
The atmosphere was completely different than what was expected. Was more like a nightclub than a restaurant. We were there early evening and the music was blasting with lyrics inappropriate for children and offensive to others.
The food and service were good and under different circumstances it may have been enjoyable.
Bad service, spent over $250 for a waitress that forgot to put in our order then when she did we were rushed to close our check before finishing dinner. Terrible experience
It was an ok experience. Food was good, music was good, Drinks were good. Would go back for appetizers and drinks.
Cons: seats were really low and uncomfortable, it was dark for dining (need candles on tables), service took long, and music was a little too loud for a dinner setting. It was hookah lounge vibes with upscale dining but no hookah.
The dress code was questionable, several women wearing bathing suits, see thru clothing and had the appearance of call girls. The volume of music was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other to have any conversation. Left with a headache. . . it appeared the restaurant doesn’t know it’s identity. Try’s to be an upscale restaurant, with low class customers. Would never go back. Which is a shame because the food was actually pretty good.
If you want a party atmosphere, this is it. You can get good food excellent drinks, DJ and your dance on. I had a 10pm dinner. Testing for my party in a couple of months and I am happy with this place. Go and enjoy the experience.
Expensive, Loud, the appetizer was great. Our main dish was Not.
