Located just off Rittenhouse Square on Locust Street we're back with a more comfortable vibe and delicious new menus! Our full bar offers a cocktail menu inspired by classic cocktails with modern riffs, wine by the glass, and a burger friendly beer list. The kitchen is searing up juicy, over the top burgers along with Neapolitan inspired pizzas from our wood fired oven.

Blume Burger has expanded outdoor seating along with our floor to ceiling open window in the main dining room. For parties of 7 or more please contact us.

Blume is a social media restaurant paradise. The food is typical burgers, bar food, and drinks but the atmosphere and decor is what sets it apart. Centrally located in Center City it’s very convenient from most parts of Philly. Unfortunately, during my last visits my friends chicken sandwich was undercooked, however, they did rectify the situation immediately. This was the ONLY bad experience I have had here. I would dine again, and have repeatedly dined here throughout the year.

There is absolutely NO reason why 18% gratuity is needed. The service we received is NOT worth 15% let alone 18%. It is literally a scam and future patrons should be aware of this scam. To start, yesterday (9/17/2022 @ 7:30pm), I was a patron with a party of 5 under the name Tay Alston. Brooke, our waitress was ok, very slow and seemed to forget about us (quite a bit). Majority of our 2 hour time was spent waiting for her to come to our table. Almost as if we were stuck in the corner to be forgotten. I actually watched her walk back and forth, and never come to our table after giving us food. I even had to ask people to find her. The first person I asked was the “manager”, she lied and told me that she was handling a big party (as if that means forget your other tables). Yet, as I mentioned before, I watched her walk back and forth to the indoor and outdoor seating tables. At one point, I asked her for a refill of my ginger ale, and literally waited OVER 30 MINUTES for ONE ginger ale. Two other people asked for refills (again another 30 minutes), and one of those people caught her hiding in the corner by the bar as they were coming from the bathroom. Now, besides the poor service time, my BIGGEST qualm was the “manager”. Abby/Alyssa (the waitress gave me two different names), she was snobby, weird, and VERY disrespectful. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, that was supposed to come with a tomato and spicy mayo. When she came to tell me the excuse about my waitress she, halfheartedly offered to assist me. This woman disgustingly holds my sandwich to her face (right under her nose) IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Then, proceeds to tell me, in the most snobbish way… “oh I see mayo”. As if, I’m mistaken or shouldn’t be requesting more than the pea sized amount of mayo she claimed to see IN THE DARK. I make it my point to continue telling her that’s not how its supposed to be. I have more (on Google) but I have a 2000 word max here!

Maybe I am old school but I expect a bit more when it comes to brunch. The atmosphere felt like a teenage hangout who doesnt know what to give its patrons. The menu was very limited but the food was great! I think they should try to do a few things to attend to the older crowd above thier 30's

1st I’d like to point out that the food runner on the line was eating my tables fries lol I literally saw him take a fry out of the skillet they were being served in. Soon after he was making his way over to our table with those same fries so I asked him straight out. “Which one were you just eating fries from?” Ctfu he was not expecting to be asked that so I repeated the question. Enough time for him to come up with something. So he replied “oh we have some up there” hmm so I wanted to see I got up to have a look. I didn’t see anything of the sort. I can understand him being so hungry that he lacked common courtesy/ sense not to eat the guest food. For the rest of my evening I was so disappointed and thought this person is a hungry a** liar as far as I’m concerned. Maybe ask staff to eat in the back & to keep their fingers out of dishes that are about to be served. It may not be a good look to have servers or running eating while on the floor. Ok the drink was ok, I liked the display more. The burger was thrown together & lacked something. I’ve honestly had better from Shake Shack :-/. The pizza I did not try. I probably won’t be returning.

Blume was such a cute place to go for brunch! The ambience is a 10! The only thing I would say magnetically about them is the brunch menu is a little small, but the food was really good?
