Our last several visits the appetizers came out lukewarm at best, like they have been under the warmer but they come out too fast to have been cooked to order. We always feel rushed, this time even more so and there were plenty of open tables. Was never asked if we wanted second round of cocktails.

The food is always incredible so is the atmosphere as well as the service. The salad that comes with the entrees is my favorite and the chicken is always perfect. Sushi also is phenomenal; ps try the princess margarita it’s delicious!

You have to travel to California to get sushi this good and in this nice of an environment. On top of the sushi being outstanding (quality fish - generous portions), the wait and service team is equally as wonderful. Not a place to miss if you love sushi.

The Salmon Don was like butter. You’d be hard pressed to find a better cut of salmon. It’s marbled with fat and always spectacular! The soft shell crab roll was a bit too creamy. Overpowering. Simply add some fresh ginger and wasabi to elevate to acceptable. Love atmosphere and ambiance at Blu Fish! Great for date night! Looking forward to reviewing more dishes!

It’s is significantly more rice per roll. That makes the roll diminish the taste of it

My friend and I just loved it!! We always do!! I did like Vernon hills location much better and friendlier than the Glenview location but food is always great!!!!
