   This place is always great! The service is excellent and they tried very hard to accommodate a large crowd after a burial. They have great Bloody Mary’s. We all enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you!

   Best breakfast we have ever had! We will definitely be back! Loved the Eggs Florentine and the Corned beef hash. The hash browns with extras are amazing! Loved everything, will need to try the monkey bread the next time.

    The eggs Benedict was cold. The kids hotdog was over cooked and hard to bite into. The waitress was very nice. Overall, none of the food was amazing. The lattes were good and all of the drinks but that was the only good food.

    I don’t understand the hype for this place. There weren’t that many options on the menu, we ordered variations of eggs Benedict, both were ok, I guess, but nothing special. Mimosas were just orange juice with a splash of bubbly, I don’t know, it was just meh. I would probably not return.

    Blues egg never disappoints. My dubliner benedict was fantastic and the eggs were perfectly poached. My husband ordered the south in your mouth from the specials and his was amazing as well.

    I eat breakfast/brunch out a lot for business and for fun. As a result, I have several restaurants to benchmark against on lots of things. There are 2 things I like best about Blue's Egg in terms of food: 1. Any of their Eggs Benedict. Why? Because their hollandaise is freshly made and authentic. And, their poached eggs are soft with the yolks making a velvetty sauce with the hollandaise. Some restaurants don't understand that Eggs Benedict is the sum of its parts...Blue's Egg understands this! 2. Their Browns are delicious. They magically create a square portion of golden brown potatoes on the outside, and soft delicious potatoes on the inside. They have never been cold, dry or hard. Blue's Egg does this the best by far! While the food is most important in my opinion to keep me coming back, there are 2 other elements that I look for: 1. Location and Parking. This is especially important when I am having a business meeting at a restaurant. I don't want to worry about where I will park and how far I will need to walk, especially in inclement weather. A centralized location that makes it easy for people to drive is very important as well. Blue's Egg is just great in this regard. 2. Finally, but not least, the staff. I have been enjoying Blue's Egg since they opened several years ago. Their staff from managers, to wait staff, food runners and bus people, are always friendly and smart. You can tell they are proud of the food they serve, knowledgeable about the dishes, willing to "make it your way" when you have a request, and are always well presented. The staff looks and acts professional which is important to me. I am always excited to bring new people to Blue's Egg as I know it will be a wonderful experience for all of us.     It was a great experience! Overall, Great food! We enjoyed the food so much we kept talking about how good brunch was throughout the rest of the day. Quick seating upon arrival with our reservations made earlier in the week. Now I know how good the Browns are! YUM

    It was very crowded, but, then, it was Sunday and lots of people want to eat your food! Our waitress, Nicole, was very attentive and efficient, and friendly. The front desk ladies were very skilled at managing the crowd of those with reservations and walk-ins. Everyone was happy to be there. A very excellent experience all around.

    Thank you so much to all the staff. It starts at the door to the seating, ordering, bringing the food to us, presentation and the best Eggs Benedict and Hash Browns I have ever had. I want you all to know you are appreciated . Special thanks to Kate who took care of us and put a candle on the monkey bread for my husbands birthday!! Nice touch.
