   Loved the service, outstanding. Young servers that were all attentive, friendly and thought outside the box. They definitely beat the service of high end restaurants. Had a burger, ribs & fries, all very nice. Ribs were quite fatty but we will go back as the service and price were fantastic.

   Service wasn’t very good. Very slow and didn’t get drinks after ordering twice and had to ask 3 times for the bill. Food was very good

   Not great to be fair, booked a family meal for a birthday, cocktail come out a slush machine, tasted just like melted slush and bright blue, all the pepsis were flat had to change it twice, attitude from staff, missed something off our order so had to call staff back again to tell them. Disappointed we spent the birthday here, probably only decent when the footballs on, and barely anything on the menu we wanted was in stock, no brisket, no Mac n cheese, for a place known for its brisket you’d think they’d have that on a 6pm Saturday

   The steak was exceptional quality and cooked perfectly, also seemed much bigger than what other restaurants claim to be 8oz. The burger and ribs were excellent too and overall very good value. Staff were very good too.

   Really enjoyed our meal at Blues Bar and Grill, the service level from the staff was world class. Great idea offering all you can eat options. If i was to offer a sugestion some kind of giant food challenge competition would be cool.

    Very poor service, it took 20 minutes to get a drink, they had no steak, the meals that we ordered were very poor and I actually saw one of the waiters take a chip off a plate and eat it before the other waitress that was carrying it delivered it to another table. I would not recommend this place
