This was our first time at Blue Oregano and we can’t wait to return. The food, ambience, and guests all exceeded expectations. We had the best time.

This was our second time here. First I love the dining room. It's so cozy and intimate. I was very pleased by the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the dining room. Both the table and overall decorations were festive and bright yet simple and classic. We enjoyed each course and the cranberry inspired touches were so good. The brisket really delivered. Service was great! Also worth mentioning is that the W.C. is always immaculate.
We had a really nice time and had fun chatting with and getting to know our fellow diners. Katie is very talented and we look forward to coming to more pop up dinners.
Service was a little slower than usual because one of the servers was out sick...but the food and company were wonderful!
This was our second opportunity to attend a Pop-Up dinner at Blue Oregano. Chef Caitie treated us to six amazing courses that were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. At pop-up dinners, you do not order from a menu, but rather are served what the chef has prepared for the evening. We enjoyed every morsel of food and appreciate that she uses local ingredients when available. Highly recommend!!!
We celebrated our anniversary with 14 “strangers” and had a great time. Food was fabulous and we got to meet some new people from our town. They were down a server, but the owners did a great job of pacing the courses and service went fine. We would highly recommend this “pop-up” restaurant!
Adorable chef couple with great creative menus, perfect size portions for each course. Katie should be a pasta maker!!! I loved everything about it!!!
This was a wonderful Farm to Table meal. We were so excited to see the new venue at JMD Farm. It was great to know all the local products used to complete this meal. Looking forward to repeat performances between these two. Blue Oregano never lets us down!

We went for one of the popular pop-up dinners. I have heard many good things about Blue Oregano's food and having met the owners casually, they are nice people! I was a bit surprised by the exotic meats for the plated dinner (as a previous vegetarian) but for foodies who like to try the unusual, they may relish that. All dishes were delicious and memorable.
We really enjoyed our Mother/Father’s Day experience. You tantalized our tastebuds with new flavors....thanks. I liked all the little dishes!

We enjoyed the venue, that is to seated with folks we did not know, but after a glass of wine, we all engaged in wonderful conversation. The six-course menu was well thought out, well executed, and delicious.The pace of serving of the courses was perfect, a pace for good conversation. We look forward to future dinners here with friends or in a manner of speaking with new friends at least for the evening.
The Pop Up dinner, with service limited to 16 people, is a great concept. Each course was unique, using local ingredients. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The chef/owner and her husband were present, attentive, and passionate about their business.
Absolutely sensational! Food was exceptional. Caitie is amazing and the flavors she marries together are crazy good! 5 course meal, family style! Get to visit with other guests. Top five dining experience for me. Better than most San Francisco establishments!
My husband and I attended a 'Pop-Up' 4 course dinner at Blue Oregano in October! It was superb! The food was delicious and the presentations were gorgeous! We loved that Chef Caitie came out before each course and would explain the dish as well as where the local ingredients came from! Such a lovely experience and can't wait until we can attend another! We are so happy to have a place like this in Waynesboro! Thank you for everything Blue Oregano!
Blue Oregano will take you to another level. The Chef has an amazing palate and a creative mind. Every bite is thoroughly enjoyable! Can't wait to return.
Food was good as expected. It was nice meeting new people. Room was too warm and the chairs uncomfortable. Very close quarters at a farm table- 14 diners.
Blue Oregano is a neat little pop up that seats 16. Besides the dining experience, one gets to meet and talk with folks from a wide area. The ingredients were locally sourced where possible. The menu was heavy for a summer meal, though everything was well-prepared and delicious.
Everything was lovely and we will definitely be back!
