Bluebird is where brunch and cocktails collide into fireside lunch which glides into happy hour and then swooshes into dinner where the après begins. With the fire stoked high, we are ready for you to ski through the front door and tell us all about it. It’s always a bluebird day in our mid-century chalet.

    Ordered the classic fondue as not had one before. Was disappointed as you only got a small portion of bread and potato and a few gherkins. Not enough for 2 people and not enough variety, made for a very boring meal. Had the Key Lime Pie after and that was ace.

    The steak was a stand out and the burrata was surprisingly the star of the meal with a citrus touch. Mushrooms were also good. We had a table close to two other parties so noise was a bit of an issue. Our waitress was professional but not friendly or engaging and that was disappointing. The windows dont have blinds so the sun going down impeded out vision. It was nice to have light at first because the restaurant is so dark.

    We enjoyed our meal here. Our server was prompt and pleasant. The fondue was delicious just the prime rib was bit well done and tough. Otherwise very good.

    I never leave reviews, but have to for Bluebird. It was unbelievable!!! I got the tenderloin and I’ve never enjoyed a steak more, truly cooked to perfection - melted in my mouth. My fiancé got the halibut, which was also amazing, and she wanted a spoon to finish eating the sauce it came with. Our server was awesome, so friendly and helpful. He went the extra measure in recommendations / making sure my fiancé’s allergies were accounted for. All around perfect meal. We’re here for a week and want to go back. Worth the money spent.
